I immediately reached Uzor on the phone and he said he would arrive in an hour! He did a much better job at cleaning my carpets than the service I had been using for 20 years. What a difference! His prices are fair, and he left my house sparkling. During his visit my disabled husband fell, and he offered to help me get him up and back in his chair. A kind and above and beyond service. Uzor is my new hero! I can't recommend Praise Cleaning Services enough.

He came in with his steam cleaning machine for the tile flooring in the bathrooms and he used great cleaning products on our hard wood flooring, material window blinds and windows. He made everything shine! The huge and very tall windows alone, would have been an enormous task for anyone, but he did all the work with a smile and an efficient and hard working attitude. He spent an entire day and then came back another day to complete the long list of items I had requested that he do. (The extra dat wasn't in our original plan but he wanted to make sure everything was completed as arranged...I was impressed!) Uzor was very professional and I recommend him for single jobs or multiple tasks...he takes pride in his work, he works hard and he will get the job done without complaints or hesitation. I appreciated his great help!

Having a background in property management I assumed the house would have been deep cleaned and ready for new tenants. I was wrong. After several days of cleaning myself my husband suggested we hire someone to finish up the work that really should have been done before we took possession. I couldn't have agreed more! I came to Yelp in search of a local company with a great reputation and reviews and found White Lotus. I first visited their informative website to get a feel for the company, services, and pricing. Then I sent Ray and Irina an email inquiry with details about the job and was impressed by how quickly Ray got back to me with an estimate! He thought 3-ladies could get everything done in 1 hour 20 minutes and for a very affordable $132.00! We have a good sized, 2-story, 3 br/2.5 ba, 2-car garage home. The ladies arrived (a little later than expected...but Ray was very good about emailing with me to let me know they were running late) as well as remaining in email contact throughout the experience. Ray's communication was Top Notch and the ladies he has working for him were very friendly, efficient, and professional. The thing that impressed me more than anything else is the fact that the team leader kept a timer running on her cell phone from the time they arrived and started work. BRILLIANT! I loved that she was so on top of her team's work. We work from home so were here the entire time and she made sure to check in with us every so often to update us on the work that was being done. We are very pleased with our experience! The team was literally here only 5 minutes longer than anticipated with the final billing coming in at $141.00 which we felt was SO REASONABLE for a combined 4.3 hours of work! We would hire the team at White Lotus again in a heartbeat! (And absolutely WILL hire them again for both regular house cleaning as well as any move-in/move-out needs that may arise). Highly recommended!

I'm was grateful to have help with cleaning, but I'm paying you to do the stuff I don't want to, like clean the floor around the toilet. I think I could have done a better job setting what my expectation were. Maybe? I just don't have anything to compare this experience to. The not cleaning the floor around the toilet and not moving small appliances to clean a kitchen counter were my deal breaker though. I will use this experience as a learning opportunity

They carefully opened up the tile area around the tub--minimizing damage--and opened the ceiling below to run fans and test moisture levels.
