After a couple of cleanings that were ok, but not great, and then being charged for a cancellation that I don't agree was my fault (though I can't prove that it wasnt) I cancelled the service. It didn't seem worth the risk of repeat miscommunications/cancellations I would have to pay for.

Oven had grease around door and gas cooktop half done leaving grease on metal and grates after using a razor blade scraper. Blind looked fine.
