Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

I hired another company DaBella who in turn Hired " View Top Construction". I was told they had there own installation crew who had been trained to support the products they used. This included replacement of ten or more pieces of plywood. I also wanted all of my gutters installed as they should be. Meaning no gutters running across the roof etc. To add one more obstacle I live in Otis Oregon and the rains had already started. I got a call that the crew was going to come like in two days. I looked at the weather report to see when the next wave of rain was coming. We don't just get rain drops we get buckets. They where going to half to complete the installation in three days. Mind you this was two story home. The crew arrived interduce themselves and they where off. From the start to the finished the three gentleman where working in complete unison. I was so very impressed. I had had a question they listened and had answers or confirmed that task was in there scope of work. The card I received was for a Jose Zavala. He was a class act. I would ask for him and his crew to do work for me anytime. Even the clean up was exceptional. I think on my walk I found three nails. Mind you this was a complete tear off and replace. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR HIRE VIEW TOP CONSTRUCTION. I SO WISH I HAD. DaBella has promised me two times they would come and do some work that missed. So minor but I am perfectionist. The employee who showed up tried to charge extra for clearing leaves (which I refused), certainly did not clear the downspouts on the upper roof (I don't know if the gutters were blown clear), and had no replacement filters. I emailed Jeff that I was very unhappy with the service and I must say that Jeff did not respond with denials or resentment. He showed up in person and did not leave until I was satisfied with the job. I was sore tempted to knock off a star for the undesired rigamarole, but Jeff is a man of integrity, and that would not have been fair.

First the good... reasonable prices and the additional subs did a great job house painting & gutter installation was decent. The bad... gutter cleaners leave your yard a mess (aside from a quick blower run on walkways). The worst... the wrong replacement skylight model was procured by the install team who then proceeded to chop on and totally damage my interior trim box. The team eventually got the correct window and installed it however the trim box was not repaired properly (it was covered with additional material vs replaced to original form) which resulted in blocking the ability to install (or access) the screen. The team damaged the screen trying to install and claimed they would replace it with a custom screen that would be accessible. They took the damaged screen and relayed that they would return with the custom within a couple of weeks. Current state after 7 months of contacting both the office and the owner of this company is that i have a skylight in my house with a substandard trim box and NO SCREEN and have contacted both the owner of the business and the office team to try to resolve this for 7 months now with zero progress. Shame on me for completing skylight job payment when the owner pressured me with this outstanding issue and said "Don't you trust me...". (No I do not trust you, Chad.) Proceed at your own risk and beware of additional company names the owner operates under.

The guy wasn't pressuring (like other companies were) we even waited a year to make the decision and didn't get harassed along the way. They were really fast. Did our 2000 ft ranch in 3 days. They were pretty clean. Didn't leave a bunch of debris around our house. The roof looks great. The bad -- the communication part kinda sucked. We didn't know when they started, who to communicate to. (They did apologize and mentioned that that doesn't happen a lot). Luckily I would talk to the lead roofer every day before I left for work but not at the end of the day. Wasn't aware they needed access to the roof day 2. (Luckily didn't inconvenience me ) The biggest issue for us is that our new gutters got damaged along the way but since our gutters were only a year old they replaced them free of charge.
