The price quoted to replace my leaking front gutters was reasonable and the crew showed on time. Extra attention was spent on a problem area. Daniel went above his job by talking with me after hours regarding the addition of gutter screens and Jesus' team returned promptly the next day to install them. Jesus & his team was attentive and thorough, giving extra time to my gutters, and cleaned out an additional downspout. Would recommend this company! read more

Chad was awesome--helpful, professional, and honest. The work was done smoothly, at a fair price, and without any unnecessary add-ons that others tried to push. He installed gazebo gutters for a little over $1,000, and with the recent rain, our outdoor space is much more enjoyable. As long as he's in business, he's got ours! read more

BEWARE: Advertises a "Lifetime Warranty" on website, but has thus far ***ghosted me for a month on a warranty call*** after a gutter has nearly fallen off of my house. I can see that my emails have been read, but there has been no response. Would previously have rated a 4/5 stars, but unacceptable to leave me with a sagging gutter for a month. read more

Pretty sure these guys use an auto-responder to keep their yelp 'response time' low. Their current Saturday listed hours are 8am-8pm. I sent them a message a little after 8am on a Saturday. They responded almost immediately with a request for contact info. I replied within minutes. More than TWO DAYS passed before I heard from them again. Yes, this is a busy time for roofers after a horrible storm, but just don't do this. Don't. read more

I have used Oregon Gutter/Exterior Experts for gutter replacement, gutter cleaning, house painting and skylight replacement over the years. First the good... reasonable prices and the additional subs did a great job house painting & gutter installation was decent. The bad... gutter cleaners leave your yard a mess (aside from a quick blower run on walkways). The worst... the wrong replacement skylight model was procured by the install team who then proceeded to chop on and totally damage my interior trim box. The team eventually got the correct window and installed it however the trim box was not repaired properly (it was covered with additional material vs replaced to original form) which resulted in blocking the ability to install (or access) the screen. The team damaged the screen trying to install and claimed they would replace it with a custom screen that would be accessible. They took the damaged screen and relayed that they would return with the custom within a couple of weeks. Current state after 7 months of contacting both the office and the owner of this company is that i have a skylight in my house with a substandard trim box and NO SCREEN and have contacted both the owner of the business and the office team to try to resolve this for 7 months now with zero progress. Shame on me for completing skylight job payment when the owner pressured me with this outstanding issue and said "Don't you trust me...". (No I do not trust you, Chad.) Proceed at your own risk and beware of additional company names the owner operates under. read more

Incomplete job Poor and aggressive communication Mimicking you behind your back Completely messed up windows We live close to a handful of pine trees and get moss on our concrete. This is normal. We get it washed every year and no one ever complained. But the Oregon Exterior Experts will complain about every part of the job (I don't need pressure washing services if there was no need). They will disappear on you until you call them days later and ask to close your account cause of the no show, gaslight you, and then show up to "finish" the job only to leave you a mess to clean up after. Chad tried to address the problem but I understand you can only do so much about your employees. Do not recommend. read more

Had them out to clean our gutters. Did a great job - thoroughly explained what was to be done. Very friendly. Very tidy - cleaned up after job done, even cleaned the neighbor's where leaves had gone. Nice job and Devin was fantastic. read more

The gentleman that came out to give us our estimate was on time, professional and not pushy. Their install crew was on time, professional and did great work! After our gutter install, I met with the owner Chad to discuss a material issue, he recognized the issue as well and promptly took care of the matter at no cost to us. I've already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so, these guys are top notch and we will certainly use their services again in the future. read more

I was told by owner Chad, that he could do an underground gutter $5,000 to keep water from going to my foundation and I would not need a French drain built. Not only were the pipes not buried correctly but I had flooding on my front lawn where the line went. It also flooded my flower bed to the point Barkdust was going down my front walkway to the public sidewalk. The pipes weren't farther enough out from my house and I had flooding on the other side of the yard. When I told about this he was irate! He threatened to come over "to pull it all up and just let the water ruin my foundation." The guy has no boundaries. He sent people out to my house to work when I had emphatically said, "NO!" Would you want someone out to your house that is a threatening Bully? I ended up paying an extra $5,000 for a French drain. The underground gutter he built is useless. I had several other professional look at it and agreed it was a bad job. Did I mention I can't open my backdoor all the way because of gutter being in the way? read more

4 stars for friendliness, professionalism, and responsibility. 1 star removed for initial experience. We had some issues with integrity of their initial work. We reached out with our concerns and they worked hard to resolve the issue. They were friendly and empathetic about it as well, not shaming us for our concerns. People make mistakes, but not everyone admits their mistakes, apologizes, and works hard for a remedy. In the end, I suspect our initial experience was out of character for them (perhaps their crew was having a bad day). But they took care of us. read more

They were quick and easy to use as a resource when my 3 story down spout blew off my house in the last storm. They were able to replace the builder grade base level equipment with much sturdier longer lasting aluminum and will certainly use them for the whole replace project when I'm ready in the next year or two. They do have a minimum job requirement of $250 and this one downspout still came in at $300 dollars even though initially they didn't think it would even qualify for more than the minimum. They gave me an unofficial ballpark for the entire job costs and seems reasonable. The crew that came out was very friendly and they had everything they needed to make the job quick and unobtrusive on me or my neighbors. Great group! read more

I requested an estimate for gutter replacement from OEE, and they called me back same day. They were able to schedule an in-person estimate the following business day. Within hours I had a quote. After comparing with two other vendors, I went with OEE. Scheduled the work with me right away and knocked it out like pros. It was clean and fast and a good price. Great service. Responsive and friendly. read more

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We live under Doug fir trees and our standing-seam metal roof was covered with needles and resin. These guys meticulously power washed my roof and its never been this clean. They also cleaned up all the roof debris that landed on the ground and left my property looking spotless. And they were BY FAR the least expensive bid I received from 5 roof cleaning companies. Highly recommend! read more

We had an old gutter system that needed repairs. Oregon Exterior Experts did a great job on the service, extending the life of our system by several years. MacKenzie was really helpful in getting the work scheduled, and was really accommodating to our requests. When it rained really heavily a few weeks ago, she sent a technician back out at no charge to do some follow up work. Overall, we were really pleased in working with Chad and the rest of the team. They do a great job of standing behind their work and establishing long term relationships with customers. When it comes time to replace our gutters, we'll be happy to work with them again. read more

This is a great company to do business with. I had multiple interactions with gutter companies and Oregon Exterior Experts was the least salesman like. Actually, the estimator tried to talk me out of a feature I wanted. I really appreciate not having things pushed on me. Other estimators tried to oversell their features. Even with my features I wanted, Oregon exterior experts provided the best price and a lifetime warranty. On the day of install, the installers worked seamlessly and with precision. There was a mixup with the extra features I ordered but the installers got the right parts on site and finished the job quickly without hassle. There were no extra fees or delays. During the demolition of the old gutter system the crew didn't make a mess or cause any damage. They also had a team member come and pickup the scrap from the old gutters as they were working and saving time. My house is not a small one story house and the whole job took 4 and a half hours. From a communication standpoint the business office was very communicative and easy to get ahold of during all stages of the job. They were prompt in their response to the solicitation. They were easy to work with when I requested an updated quote price and their scheduling system makes it easy to schedule at your convenience. Oregon exterior experts actually was available to do my job 3 weeks before I scheduled them. The scheduler worked with me and we got something that works. I recommend including Oregon exterior experts if you're looking for a gutter system. The lifetime warranty and no extra charges for gutter colors is well worth it along with the fair and reasonable price. But the bonus is their customer service and the ability to get the job right. I will be using Oregon exterior experts in the future. read more

I had a gutter separate from the corner of my two-story home and was not able to reach the issue myself. The gutter spike had worked its way out and left a 1-2" gap behind the gutter. Every time it rained, the gutter corner would overflow due to sagging and I'd have a waterfall which was creating a huge mess. I reached out to a few gutter repair companies and Oregon Gutter Experts we're the quickest to respond. Mackenzie quickly contacted me and said they can help, in fact she could get someone out the very next day. They have a minimum $250 service fee to come out and look over the issue. If they couldn't repair it, I would not be charged the service fee and would receive a no-obligation quote for the repairs right on the spot so I said "OK". Maybe 1-2 hours after I spoke with Mackenzie she calls back and informs me that one of their techs lives near me and could stop by that afternoon on his way home. I was thrilled. Tech Chris stopped by exactly when Mackenzie said he would. We looked at the gutter together, discussed a bit, and he ensured me the repair could be made. He was up on his ladder within 10 minutes making the repair. He replaced the old rotten spike with a new longer spike with a threaded screw tip. He said that baby ain't never coming out again. Big thanks to Mackenzie and Chris for helping me out. I'd recommend Oregon Gutter Experts to anyone looking for gutter repair. read more

We contacted multiple companies and Oregon gutters have the best prices, very responsive and most important it's reliable. Sometimes, we get the perfect work done and sometimes, we have issues to be taken care of. In our case, we had concerns and which I think Oregon gutters were able to handle well, they provided the same quality service when we actually got in touch with them for the first time. I guess, what's more important is POST-SERVICE, once the job is done, you pay the money and now you have a problem. Oregon Gutters proved to be excellent in POST SERVICE as they listened to our concerns and got the issues resolved. I will highly recommend contacting OREGON GUTTERS. read more

When we bought our house from a family member back in 2002, we didn't realize the Lifetime Warranty on the Leafguard Gutters had to be transferred, at the time of sale, in order to remain valid. Unfortunately since then, they have been nothing but trouble. For example, when it rains hard, like it sometimes does in the Pacific NW, we have "lovely" waterfall features coming off the sides of our house. Oh, and forget about trying to clean them out yourself, thanks to their horrible design. But the last straw was during our recent snow/ice storm. We had icicles that were almost taller than me, hanging from the gutters, because there was nowhere for the roof runoff to go, and the temperatures were below freezing. Not good, and not safe. Sunday night (2/26), I requested a quote appointment through Yelp, and the very next day, their tech, Daniel, was here to check things out. He put together a plan which was reasonable, and said he could have a crew here on Thursday (3/2). And they would give us a 10% discount off the total price -- their special at the time. Today (3/2) they arrived on-time, removed the old garbage gutters, installed new gutters and flashing, (they were able to use our existing downspouts) and cleaned up everything before they left. Also they were all singing and laughing, even though it was less than pleasant out. The only issue we had was with the payment. The quote Daniel originally gave us didn't have the 3% credit card processing fee included. He did tell us about it, though, and recommended to pay by check the day of, to avoid the fee, which we did. However, when we received the invoice a little later by email, it showed as unpaid, and the total was higher -- the 3% had been added. I emailed them back saying we'd paid by check, and that the invoice was confusing and incorrect. Mackenzie quickly responded with an apology and sent us a new corrected invoice, showing our payment. Finally, as I've been writing this, our new gutters have just been baptized with not only rain, but Hail too. Is it summer yet? Thanks OEE for a quick installation, a friendly and efficient crew and a prompt fix to a bookkeeping oversight. We will definitely recommend you to our friends. read more

So far, so GREAT!!! Put out an estimate request here on YELP and this is the ONLY company that properly responded. The others, 4 of them never responded, did not have a working phone number, or asked if I could wait 2-months for an estimate. I am scheduled with OGE for the end of this month. I will give you a full and complete review. But honey, so far this company lives up to all of its 5-star reviews!!!! They rock!!! Not easy to find in Portland, a company with efficient, hard-working employess that care at a reasonable cost. It is a unicorn and I am hoping OGE is MY UNICORN! Love, love them so far!!!! Thank you! read more

OEE installed gutters and downspouts on our new two-story garage building. The estimator came out and explained the options and products, all for a fair price. The installers arrived on schedule and the install was quick and easy. I like the product, the gutters and downspouts came powder-coated and we picked the colors we wanted. Also, they understood our concern that we wanted debris protection screens that would not plug up with pine needles, so they suggested a larger 6 in gutter and installed the gutter cover debris screens at a sloped angle similar to the roof angle so that hopefully the doug fir needles will more likely fall/wash off the screens and not just sit on top of the screens (which happened on our old screens which were arranged horizontally) read more

Chad just left my place and what a fantastic guy! There was a scheduling mishap for someone to come give me an estimate this afternoon and Chad made it a point to come this evening and work around my busy schedule. I recently purchased a home and after I had cleaned a ton of ash from the gutter I realized the slope appeared off and it had pulled away from the house a bit. I expected that I would have to replace the whole gutter on a home that is only 3 years old. Chad spent some time fixing the gutter, trimmed some flashing and offered further advise which I am actually able to do myself. He could have very well told me that I should replace the whole thing and I probably would have been ok with that, after all he's the expert and after 18+ months of COVID I'm sure his business could use the income. But, he did the ethical thing and moreover, he didn't ask for compensation for his time. So, if you need your gutters tended to and are looking for a company that provides an honest assessment/estimate by principled tradesman, look no further, this is the place: Oregon Gutter Experts! Thanks Chad!! read more

We purchased our 25 year old house with original gutters from the builder failing miserably. Chad explained they were cheap steel gutters with downspouts with hard angles prone to blocking. His crew installed new larger aluminum gutters with large downspouts built properly with curved turns. Chad did not try to upsell us with leaf guards. Better solution for our house are clean-outs at the base of every downspout that allow the debris to be easily removed. Crew of 3 people completed the job in 1 day as promised. After their clean-up all grounds were restored to original condition. Pricing was fair & following our first heavy rain our gutters performed perfectly. Highly recommend Oregon Gutter Experts. They live up to their name. read more

Last year I had them install new gutters on my house. The initial estimator gave me a bit of a hard-sale, going to great lengths to point out a large number of defects in my gutters (like ferrules, which were still working but a relic of an older style), and strongly recommending gutter guards. Later, the owner came out on his own time to the property and determined the gutter color selected by the estimator was incorrect. He also recommended against gutter guards and favored regular cleanings instead. The receptionist/office rep Mckenzie was very helpful and polite, and was one of the reasons I opted to use them. After installation, I went up on the ladder to review the work and noticed 4-5 hidden hangers were not attached to the house, but instead were dangling free. The side of the house was left dirty in places from the removal of the gutters. A caulking gun was left hanging from the gutters as well, which led me to believe they were in a hurry. A couple of days later I noticed water pooling in one section of the gutters due to improper sloping. In all, two additional trips were required to fix the issues, and I'm still not confident that the gutters were sloped properly everywhere. They did come back on their own dime to try to fix the issues, but I felt like I had to take it upon myself to be the quality control. read more

We had the various salesmen come, each one giving us outrageous and huge bids for gutter guards and discounts to entice us to sign with them that day. Then Chad came in. His very first words were: 'you don't need gutter guards, they won't work for you and will end up doing more damage than good. Don't get me wrong, I would love to sell you a gutter filter system and I would make money doing so...however you would be calling us to fix your gutters because they won't work for your house.' Then Chad proceeded to show us why. Integrity and honesty are qualities we respect in people and in a business. We got a great price on our gutters and we signed up to have the gutters cleaned by the company twice a year. Within a week, the installation crew arrived early, were organized, friendly and from start to finish had our gutters up in 6 hours!! We are thrilled at how great our house looks and have had numerous compliments and inquiries from the neighbors. Yes we are giving them Oregon Gutters Experts number to contact. Amazing experience and great job!!!! read more

We've decided to get our house painted this year. The painter told us it is advisable to get the gutters installed first, ahead of painting. We asked for gutter estimates from a few places. We had nearly contracted with another company but Chad came over and made some awesome suggestions. Our old gutter system had a "Rube Goldberg" type connection and Chad knew exactly how to streamline it. Another pleasant surprise was that OGE's estimate was lower than any of the others. So today Shawn and Chris arrived as expected in the afternoon and bim-bam-boom a couple hours later I went out to see gorgeous new squared-up looking awesome gutters with exceptionally clean looking lines. I'm floored how fast and efficient they did all this. (The front looks easy, but the back HAD to be a whole lot more complex to install. They truly are "experts"! Professional to the max every step of the way. read more

Called on Friday the 16th about a leak in my house due to missing flashing. Got Mckenzie, was great to talk to, said she can have a roofer come out to install the flashing on the following Monday at 9am with Chad the owner to determine if I need more work done. She assured me they'd install the flashing. Monday 9:15 rolls around. I get through to Chad who has no idea why he was called out and said they do not typically perform any work without first doing an assessment. Said he should be able to get out either the next day, or Wednesday. I call Mckenzie back who doesn't fully remember our conversation on Friday, but eventually remembers and tells me she'll call Chad and sort it out. I get an appoint for Friday the 23rd at 11am (today). I follow up with the an email about appointment to make sure they will indeed come and install the flashing. Yes, is the response. Portland weather forecast shows snow Thursday night. I email Mckenzie to confirm they'll be here. She says as of now, they're still on. Friday morning, 8:30am, I get a reschedule for January 4th. I call Mckenzie who a) Doesn't understand why I'm upset b) Doesn't have any explanation why they couldn't come before Friday c) Doesn't apologize, just says, "well the weather, and we're not working next week". The only reason I went with OEE in the first place is because they said they'd come out the next Monday. Now I get to go into the holidays with likely no roofer available to come out until next year, and water coming into my house. I get that roofers are in high demand and they get to string customers along - but at this time of year to not even get out within 15 days of the original appointment is just bad business. read more

Today we averted near disaster due to the quick response from Chad and the crew at Oregon Gutter Experts. I HIGHLY recommend them. Today's rain began overflowing my third floor gutters going directly into our basement. Chad was the first to respond to my inquiry on Yelp- within the hour of posting. I explained our situation and asked if it was possible to squeeze us in today or tomorrow, but didn't really expect it could happen. I know how backed up gutter cleaners are when the rains hit, Chad checked with his teams and one was able to come immediately after finishing their appointment at that time. Luckily they were already in the neighborhood. They arrived within two hours of my bid request on Yelp, and more importantly did a GREAT job and were able to pinpoint my problem, quickly fixing it. After all that, the price I paid was incredibly fair for what essentially was 'emergency' service. I will hire OGE over and over again as long as we own a house in Portland. Thanks guys! You are awesome, friendly, professional, efficient. I am a fan forever. Again, highly recommend! read more

Javier was punctual and did exceptional work. After cleaning the gutters he provided priceless feedback on the state of our roof.

We own a three story home in Multnomah County. The other day I noticed that the rain sounded different and observed what looked like a waterfall running down the outside back wall of the house. Light bulb moment!...time to clean the gutters. So I requested a price quote on yelp from five companies. Oregon Gutter Experts responded quickly with a very reasonable and painless price quote. As the other companies contacted me with a multitude of laborious questions that frankly began to hurt my head, I realized that Oregon Gutter Experts had the hands-on experience to bid my job by simply viewing a photograph of my home. We scheduled an appointment and in good faith their crew arrived on time. The guys were friendly, professional and performed the job in a workmanlike manner. We are also the caregivers of a feral cat sanctuary that was formed after buying our home in 2012. The cats in our colony are given the highest quality care and are all uniquely designated as emotional support animals. All of our cats possess a natural sense of knowing which humans they can trust and those to be avoided. When the workers had completed our job, we met on the front porch while wearing masks and talked. It was a good feeling when we observed many of our cats leave their secluded places to join us after sensing the positive energies being exchanged between us. Truly our cats do read the souls of people. The cats relaxed behavior towards the crew also stands as an additional special endorsed of this business and their employing workers who are trustworthy genuine human beings. With total confidence we recommend that you contact this local business if you want an affordable price without any stress and worries. read more

I called Oregon Exterior for a quote on two new down spots because water coming off roof was filling up the rain gutters and over flowing. Salesman showed up the next day and noticed that the house had old style all steel gutters with a very narrow bottom. Suggested instead that I buy all new aluminum rain gutters with wide bottoms capable of handling the water. For about $5,900, they installed all new rain gutters. Installers did a great job working on a 2-Story Home over 30 feet above the ground. Finished everything and cleaned up in just 5 hours. Two months later, I noticed a leak in one corner. Took a photo of it and attached that with my Paid-In- Full Receipt of Payment. The guarantee of Oregon Exterior is that they stand by their product and will fix any issues at anytime. I sent one email to the Oregon Exterior Company and the Other to the Salesman who gave the estimated bid for the job. There has been no response back. In the meantime, I found a 35 foot ladder, climbed up to the roof and spray painted the problem area with liquid rubber which stopped the leak. So they do good work, but once they are paid, don't expect them to honor their 100% GUARANTEE OR TO RETURN TO YOUR HOUSE TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS. Use a garden hose and check for leaks before you pay. read more
