When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

He did a great job; took out the screens to clean them (said a few of them were backwards- new house to me) and hand washed the windows- even the ones that were on my fourth level! Disappointing Experience -- Customer Questions Seem Unwelcome…read more Well, Max initially communicated with us by email and seemed like a friendly sort of chap. After a few exchanges, we were handed over to Peter, who was equally friendly at first. Rather than coming out to inspect the property, they provide a basic quote based on Google Maps. We answered their questions and asked a few of our own. After several more days of correspondence, Peter informed us that they had a particular way of doing things and, apparently, our job wasn't a fit for their service. All we wanted was to have our gutters cleaned. We didn't want the roof cleaned, anyone walking on the roof, our downspouts disturbed, or our underground drainage pipes damaged. Nor did we want downspouts carelessly plugged with a blower, or the downspouts simply ignored altogether. I've personally maintained these gutters for 35 years, but at 72, I'm no longer keen on crawling around 30 feet off the ground. Having done the job myself for so long, I know what matters to us: attention to detail, care for the property, and integrity. We were polite and patient throughout the exchange. We simply wanted to understand their methods and make sure our concerns were understood before hiring them. Unfortunately, our questions seemed to wear out their patience before we ever got to the point of scheduling a job. Apparently, asking too many questions is enough to get shown the door. In hindsight, I'm glad we discovered this before hiring them rather than afterward. We want a service provider who welcomes reasonable questions and takes pride in doing the job properly. It seems this wasn't the right fit for either party. Good luck to them!

Our HOA hires Clean Services Northwest and they consistently do a fabulous job! They clean all of the exterior windows and the balcony wall and railings, getting rid of the spider webs that find their way up to even the highest floors! The crew works hard, quickly and efficiently. Watching them repel down the exterior like Spider-Man keeps my cats entertained! I do my best to move the outdoor furniture and plants out of the way and the workers are always careful to squeeze in and around everything to get to all of the windows. When they are done, I clean the patio floor and furniture then enjoy the hell out of my sparkling clean balcony! Some of the homeowners have gotten together to have the interior windows cleaned around the same time, which we pay for, so everything is crystal clear and the view spectacular.

They cleaned 10 windows for $200, and each additional window after that was I believe I was charged $18 EACH. I UNDERSTAND INFLATION, BUT IT TAKES THEM 2 TO 3 MINUTES TO CLEAN THE WINDOW AND AT $18 APIECE THAT ADDS UP QUICKLY. I WILL NOT be using this company again and I found a smaller company that charges half the price.
