We researched five different roofing companies before choosing Best Coast Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Cody and his crew replaced the roofs on both our house and garage, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Best Coast Roofing provided outstanding value. Their pricing was competitive, and the results made it worth the investment. Despite weather-related challenges, they completed the job efficiently without compromising on quality. The workmanship is outstanding, and it's clear that Cody and his team take pride in the work they do. Throughout the project Cody maintained excellent communication. Cody and his crew informed us of progress each day. Cody made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns. What really stood out was Cody's commitment to customer satisfaction. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with the finished product and does what is right for the customer. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were evident from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Best Coast Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy company that delivers quality work. read more

We are so happy with the work that Cody and his team did. Our new roof and new gutters look amazing! They all took great care in protecting our sunroom and plants while they were working and our place was spotless when they left. I got another quote from another highly rated company and what made Cody and Best Coast stand out to me was the fact that he noted that our house didn't have any intake vents and so they needed to be added to the roof to extend the life of the roof but also help with energy efficiency. And the other company didn't even mention them. I highly recommend Best Coast Roofing! read more

I recently had my roof replaced by Best Coast Roofing and it was an excellent experience. I started with (3) quotes from different roofing companies. All of them were within a few thousand dollars of each other. The deciding factor was the relationship the Owner Cody has with his crew. He's been using the same crew for 9 years on every one of his jobs and visits the job site every day to ensure a smooth job. Working in the construction industry myself, I know how important the relationships with your crews are. When you work with the same crew for years, they understand your expections and your routine. Cody's communication was second to none and everything he promised, he made good on. He was on-site every day, multiple times a day, to check on the crew, their progress and check in with us. If anything was needed, Cody would jump in to ensure the crew had what they needed. Everything was delivered on time, from the shingles to when the crew arrived and even finished a day ahead of schedule. The crew themselves were fast, efficient, polite and professional. I can't imagine another roofing company doing a better job. At the end of the job, the foreman Armando was combing our grounds to ensure no nails or trash were left behind. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers on their promises, timelines and does a meticulous installation, look no further, Best Coast Roofing is the BEST. Thank you Cody and Crew for an amazing experience! If I could give TEN stars I would. read more

Note: this review is for a bid only (we ended up using a different company). Earlier this year, we discovered a leak in our upstairs bathroom (which we thought was either due to a skylight, or the dormer's roofing). We requested 3 different bids, including Best Coast Roofing. We didn't end up choosing Best Coast, but would have been very confident choosing them. WHAT WE LIKED: --Cody is great. He clearly takes pride in his work, and is easy to talk to. --He provided a very thorough explanation of what he thought was happening to cause the leak. --He seemed to offer great service, in terms of the number of nails used and quality of shingles. --He was very quick to schedule a bid, and was right on time. --His bid was in the middle, price wise. read more

I would give more stars if I could. Cody was very responsive. Great pricing. Honest. Transparent. Very understanding to our situation. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. read more

Great Service, great communication, quality work. Cody and his crew were punctual, personable, professional, and reasonably priced. My small job was done in one day, and my property was clean when they left. Cody takes pride in his work. He was there the day of the job, kept his crew fed, and quality-checked the project at the end of the job. I always go out of my my way to support small businesses, and Best Coast Roofing was great. Thanks Cody and crew! read more

I will be using Best Coast Roofing for the rest of my home owning life, and you should too. My roof was leaking. Had a different roofing company come out and give me a quote of over $1200 to fix it and really pushed more on me, saying I basically had to completely replace both my chimneys and completely treat my roof. That company came out to my roof 3 times. All the while rain was leaking into my home. I called Cody at Best Coast to get a quote, he came out looked around, and did a temporary fix, regardless of whether or not I chose him for the work. He quoted me substantially less, ended up paying less than $300, no pushy sales tactics. He gave me lots of information about roof warranties. He had great communication, he was genuine and helpful. read more

I had a great experience with Cody. He is professional, personable, provided a detailed estimate, and communicated well before, during and after the project. His company replaced the shingles on my garage roof and did an excellent job. They left the area clean; like they were never there! I highly recommend his company. read more

Our radon equipment became unattached to our roof during the last snowstorm. I tried several roofing companies, BEST COAST ROOFING, helped us out. Cody, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very prompt about attaching the piping to our metal roof. He knew that drilling holes into our metal roof would cause other problems in the future. He used clamps and attached those claps safely. We recommend Cody, Best Coast Roofing with 5 stars! Thank you Cody. read more

So I recently discovered that something was leaking and assumed that it was my roof. Through Yelp I was able to shotgun out a message to a few places. I did receive a few responses from some but most weren't able to come out till almost a day later. One of the companies Yelp messaged was Best Coast Roofing and I did play some phone tag with Cody from the get go but he was out at my place in the morning to look at what was going on. He was able to figure out that it wasn't my roof that was leaking but an elbow bend on the Radon Pipe and that it should be covered through the home builder warranty. So he did a temporary fix to things would be ok for a little while and hopefully the builder don't screw us with the warranty work. Cody also was able to provide some good advice on things we should probably get done given our situation which we intend on doing. Should any roof related stuff come up in the future the first call I'm making is to Best Coast Roofing. read more

If you're after the lowest quote and lowest quality - then look elsewhere. However, if you're after a quality install, great guys and attention to details - then get them to do your roof! We now have a great looking roof, venting re-worked and a whole bunch of other things fixed by very poor roofing done by previous home owner. Delivery of shingles, and dropbox were on time and done professionally. Call them now! read more

Thanks guys for helping me with my finish work. They installed the proper vent for my new bathroom. Replace some shady shingles and showed me what he did during the process. Very honest and was at a good price. Thanks again read more

Had Cody come out to evaluate our roof last year. He was awesome and patched us up so we could make it another year before the big overhaul. Fast-forward to about a month ago. The Best Coast crew tore off our old, worn roof and replaced it with an amazing 30-year shingle roof that makes my house look like a castle. They were so respectful, clean, prompt and efficient. My roof is a two-story pitchy beast, so anyone who climbs up there to work is a ninja to me. They stuck to their more-than-fair estimate (no surprise costs at all), and overall I could not recommend this company more. I even had Cody come back to patch up my gutters so we can have him back next year for that overhaul job. This is an incredible company that you should hire for your roof work. read more

Fantastic company--they were able to get me on the schedule promptly, gave me a fair price, did the work in two days, cleaned up well, and were great about communicating. When I asked Cody to come out a few weeks later to take care of something minor, he came out that day and was very gracious about it. And my roof no longer leaks thanks to these guys! Highly recommend! read more

Prompt, professional service from Cody on a small roof repair after waiting more than a year (ugh) for the original roofing company to get around to it (they never did). I'd recommend Cody without hesitation. A friendly, personable individual who takes care and pride in his work. read more

I don't know much about roofing but I do know that I like it when a contractor shows up on time, doesn't charge me more than the estimate, cleans up after their work, and communicates throughout the process. Cody from Best Coast Roofing delivered on all! read more

We were pretty desperate to get our gutters fixed, they were leaking all over, there were some interesting taped up portions, and some outright ineffective runs that were angled wrong. Best coast came in, and had everything fixed, replaced, and even added gutter guards the same week we reached out! Absolutely recommend. read more

I had several quotes done as I'm an out of state homeowner and was unable to see the roof for myself. Best Coast had the fairest and most detailed quote. I had a small repair that I needed to be completed on my Metal Roof. I called several roofing companies, only 2 called back. The one company wanted $300 plus $95 an hour before even assessing the job. The other company Best Coast Roofing; Mr. Garrett the owner, scheduled an appointment with me promptly and came out on a Friday evening, looked at my repair, he offered his expertise, advice and repaired my roof that same evening. Mr. Garrett was professional and showed he knew exactly how to fix the roof, he got up on his ladder used a special tool to bring the corner of the roof down and placed one metal screw in the corner. My metal roof now looks like new. When I asked "how much do I owe you?" Mr. Garrett said "there is no charge." It was so very nice of Mr. Garrett to fix my roof and not charge me for the repair, you certainly don't find that act of professionalism and kindness very often anymore. read more

Cody did an amazing job! A friend recommended Cody and I am incredibly happy with the results! I got a few quotes for my project and BCR's pricing was the best, and Cody's responsiveness and clarity were much better than the representatives of the other companies I had come by. He explained the need for some additional ventilation, sent drone shots during the two days the project took, and even installed a couple anchors for no additional charge. I actually had this done a couple years ago and neglected to leave a review. Oops. Anyway, roof's still good. read more

Cody was great to work with. I had "built in gutters" that were never working well. He and Adam worked hard all day long removing the old fascia, and prepping the roofline for the new gutters. They were quick, efficient, on time, on budget. Cody kept me in the loop with what was happening. It was a pleasure working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work! read more

I had Cody from Best Coast Roofing out to my house today for an estimate on a potential roof leak. After looking over the situation he determined that the leak had been the result of the low pitch of my roof coupled with backed up water from tree debris...no repairs necessary! During this assessment Cody and I chatted and he educated me on roof maintenance and different roofing products that work well on homes with such a low angled pitch. Additionally, he took the time to fix a small hole in the roof I was concerned about. Cody was friendly, knowledgeable, didn't push with any hard sales pitches, and patched my roof for free to boot! I'd recommend people calling Best Coast for their roofing needs - I know I will in the future. read more

I had a small leak and was sure that reroofing with about 300sqft of asphalt shingles would fix it. There were brackets from a patio cover on the roof, which made the job a bit more difficult. The first contractor said the job was too small and he did not want to mess with it. The second looked, took photos and said he would get back to me. I never heard from him. The third seemed ok and said he would have to check with his boss. I never heard from him. The fourth promised to be here at noon but did not show up. The last was Cody. He was enthusiastic, thorough and informative regarding my problem. The job was too small for a large roofing truck to put the shingles on my roof so Cody brought them in his pickup truck and carried each bundle up a ladder to my roof. He removed the first layer of shingles so that the new would match, rather than just going over the originals. He did a great job and my leak is gone. First class job and great attitude. Thanks, Cody! read more
