Tonys Roofing - Roof leak repair

Erick worked with us on the estimate and was helpful and patient with all of our questions. Marco is the onsite lead worker and is very knowledgeable and is perfect at getting everything done right. We chose Certainteed Landmark Pro (Cinder Black) because they make a very dark black shade that we wanted. Why Tony's stood out for us: * We used them before to fix a leak, so we kinda trusted them. * We knew we would get their "A Crew" (other companies we felt like we would get the B crew) because our home is smaller and one story. * No hidden cost or up-sales. The Crew - these guys were the hardest workers I've ever seen, (and I've seen a lot) they started at 7am - 6pm for 2 full days ! The cleanup after was great and they did a sweep with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in the yard. They were a pleasure to work with. All & All; I would hire Tony's again in a heartbeat. The hardest workers EVER. Erick and Marco top notch professionals. Thank you, Tony's Roofing !

Dain was extremely responsive throughout the repair process. The work crew was exceptional - very professional, down to business, skilled and detail oriented. Importantly they kept me posted of the process so we could adjust the repair plan as needed. The work is of the highest quality and I expect the roof to remain water tight for the life of the roof. I am extremely satisfied with the repair! I am also very satisfied with the fair price based on the work quality and the workmanship guarantee. I highly recommend 4A Roofing for your roofing needs!

The technician complained a bit about how difficult it is to get townhome owners to change the roof at the same time, despite me explaining that I will do whatever repairs need to be done to my home. He went up into the attic, came back down and said "it doesn't look too bad up there." I'm glad I decided to get more vendors to take a look at the issues, because it turns out all my ventilation design needs to be changed, I have wood rot, and several leaks where the mold is growing. I would have respected it if he had just explained that I should look further into the issues up there, but he doesn't think he can take the job.

Our experience with Moss Busters could not have been better…read more Trent and Alex showed up on time knew exactly what they were doing ! They knew every piece of equipment and how to use it. They got busy on the roof. Took down a few branches that were too close to the roof, cleaned and treated the roof in a reasonable amount of time and we're done. It was amazing. we highly highly recommend them! The pricing was the best of any moss removal company we contact! Could not have been better ! We highly recommend them and we'll use them again we needed !

The thing I like about Mossbusters is they don't just knock off the big pieces of moss from your…read moreroof and apply the moss inhibitor powder like the rest but they actually take care of 99% of the moss. When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

After some research I came across Joe's website, and thought "wow this guy is as honest and straight forward, NO BS!!" We decided to get a quick quote for an inspection and thought it was the best price for the peace of mind. We were extremely pleased with Joe's professionalism, his honesty, and his great personality. I felt bad hanging around while he inspected but his wealth knowledge, interesting information, and great stories. The advice we got from Joe was worth every penny and more. I can say that even if Joe gives you the worst news possible, you can trust that it's100% truth. If any work is needed Joe will be brutally honest with roofing companies work, and will give you his suggestion on who to use and what work needs to be done. If you are purchasing a house, or looking to get work done or a new roof, I would highly recommend contacting Joe after getting a few bids, and definitely before having any work done (or purchasing a home).

Joe was asked by our neighbors to take a look at their roof…read more When he showed up the neighbors were not there to let him in. He chose to come to my front door, passing 3 no trespassing/soliciting signs and repeatedly ringing the doorbell while staring right at the no trespassing/soliciting sign. He then decided to lick his finger and smudge the camera before walking away. Weird, but I thought this was the end of the visit and went back to my work. When the door was not answered he took it upon himself to walk up our driveway and squeeze himself between our fence and garage, at which point he's in our backyard without our permission. This triggered an alarm on my security system, so I went outside to confront him and asked him WTF he was doing in my back yard. He proceeded to yell and insult me, accusing me of being a mean person, etc. Then started yelling "F&*# YOU!" when I spoke. I continually told him to leave, as I wasn't in the mood for a debate after he knowingly trespassed and then acted hostile when confronted. Why he thought he had any right to argue with a homeowner after they have trespassed him or that he had any right to let himself into our back yard in the first place is beyond comprehension. This is all while he is wearing his company uniform with his company truck sitting out front. What hubris! After telling him to leave the property a half dozen times I advised him that if he didn't leave I'd call the cops, and if he came back and wouldn't leave I'd drag him out myself, and then call the cops again. At this point Joe did leave the property. But he needed to make his final stand and went to the neighbors right of way next to my driveway and said "Hah! You can't do anything about it now! I'll stay here all day!" I replied that he is free to do whatever he wants with his time as long as it's not on my property and I went on with my day. I don't think I've ever experienced something so odd from a supposed professional. The entitlement was off the charts, as if he owned my property and could tell me what to do with it. If he wouldn't have opened by shouting f&*# you, we might have had a conversation. I'm glad the security cameras caught the event start to finish, because I'm not sure I'd completely believe it all happened without being able to watch the video! After this experience I know if I need roof advice Oregon Roof Consulting & Inspection and Joe would be the last place I'd call.
