Blue Phoenix Window Cleaning cleans the outside windows at my condominium complex twice a year…read more They just finished this afternoon and I had scheduled an appointment for this afternoon to do my inside windows. They have always done a great job outside and I was hoping they would do as well on the inside. I have to say I am extremely impressed at the quality of their work. My windows sparkle. They do the tracks, screens and the windows themselves. The three young guys were so nice, friendly and efficient. I asked them to be careful to not let my kitty outside and they watched for her in every room (and I got to see pictures of their kitties!) And the price, wow! They are so reasonable, I was shocked at the price for the excellent work they did. From now on, I will always have them clean my inside windows when they come to do the outside. At this price, doing them every 6 months is a very reasonable treat. I highly recommend them.

Disappointing Experience -- Customer Questions Seem Unwelcome…read more Well, Max initially communicated with us by email and seemed like a friendly sort of chap. After a few exchanges, we were handed over to Peter, who was equally friendly at first. Rather than coming out to inspect the property, they provide a basic quote based on Google Maps. We answered their questions and asked a few of our own. After several more days of correspondence, Peter informed us that they had a particular way of doing things and, apparently, our job wasn't a fit for their service. All we wanted was to have our gutters cleaned. We didn't want the roof cleaned, anyone walking on the roof, our downspouts disturbed, or our underground drainage pipes damaged. Nor did we want downspouts carelessly plugged with a blower, or the downspouts simply ignored altogether. I've personally maintained these gutters for 35 years, but at 72, I'm no longer keen on crawling around 30 feet off the ground. Having done the job myself for so long, I know what matters to us: attention to detail, care for the property, and integrity. We were polite and patient throughout the exchange. We simply wanted to understand their methods and make sure our concerns were understood before hiring them. Unfortunately, our questions seemed to wear out their patience before we ever got to the point of scheduling a job. Apparently, asking too many questions is enough to get shown the door. In hindsight, I'm glad we discovered this before hiring them rather than afterward. We want a service provider who welcomes reasonable questions and takes pride in doing the job properly. It seems this wasn't the right fit for either party. Good luck to them!

I am a disabled individual who was home for the service. I was in my office on the computer with the lights off, energy conservation and ample sun et al. I'm typing something and imagine my surprise as a harsh blast of air is blasted into my window. My ground-level, back yard window that had nothing from the gutter cleaning ordered on it with nothing else on the side of my house blasted. Imagine my surprise as I see one of the cleaners nearly nose-to-glass with my window grinning like an idiot as my cat - who had been fairly curiously watching - flees in a panic from the sudden loud noise. I don't think they saw me from behind my monitors and with the glare on the window, but they certainly saw the sun-lit cat in the window watching them before they decided to scare the poor thing. If that's the kind of people you're hiring that delight in the torment of animals, nobody should support this service.
