Erick worked with us on the estimate and was helpful and patient with all of our questions. Marco is the onsite lead worker and is very knowledgeable and is perfect at getting everything done right. We chose Certainteed Landmark Pro (Cinder Black) because they make a very dark black shade that we wanted. Why Tony's stood out for us: * We used them before to fix a leak, so we kinda trusted them. * We knew we would get their "A Crew" (other companies we felt like we would get the B crew) because our home is smaller and one story. * No hidden cost or up-sales. The Crew - these guys were the hardest workers I've ever seen, (and I've seen a lot) they started at 7am - 6pm for 2 full days ! The cleanup after was great and they did a sweep with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in the yard. They were a pleasure to work with. All & All; I would hire Tony's again in a heartbeat. The hardest workers EVER. Erick and Marco top notch professionals. Thank you, Tony's Roofing !

I had no question that NW Roofers was the company I wanted doing this job. Their quote was plain and simple to understand, they pointed out some important things to consider in the job such as venting issues in converting shake into asphalt. No others I spoke with pointed out that perhaps a ridge vent was needed. Rigo was very prompt in returning messages. Always within an hour or 2. Their price was one of the best and the additional labor needed to fix some facing and skylights was very fair. The work crew was very efficient and did a solid job. Cleanup was excellent. I really can't think of anything that wasn't top notch with these roofers. I'm very happy to give a shout out to Rigo and his family's company. Job well done!

He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. I'd recommend him to any of my neighbors who may have similar issues.

Jeremy took a look at my old falling apart roof and sent out the quote. After I reviewed it, I had a few questions that we spoke about over the phone. He also suggested I replace the weathered gable boards at the same time since later replacement would require extra work due to the new roof being already installed with drip edges partially covering these boards. The bards were in pretty bad shape and actually only 1x6 versus the stronger 2x6 they would install. I told them to go for it and they had a crew out the following week to get started. Everything came out great and its pretty amazing how much a new roof on a house changes the look. Will definitely be calling on them again for the next roofing project I have. Bret

Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics.
