There was a mistake but Erick and Marco responded quickly even though they were contacted at 5 pm on Friday afternoon (when the problem was discovered). I really appreciated that if I had a question, they both responded in a timely manner. I have worked with many contractors over the 35 years that I have owned my home and I was very impressed with this company's work and responsiveness to their clients.

Lucas never showed up, never called, and now I've called and text him 8+ times without a call back. He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. His quote was straight forward (no confusing options or upsells) and his team delivered what was expected. They started and finished the job on schedule. They did a great job keeping the work site clean at the end of every day and after final cleanup it was difficult to tell they had even been there. Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.
