He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. The renovation was complicated by wood beams which needed to be kept product and paint free. The flippers also didn't prep the siding properly so paint was bubbling/peeling/etc. We got many quotes, and about half said to replace the siding. We selected Prestige due to the knowledge and price. I did extensive research on them to validate that they do a good job, and went to see a job they had in progress to verify their workmanship. We worked with them to determine schedule, paint type, siding type, underlayment type, and water damage repair options/cost. They were very flexible with options and rightly adhered to workmanship which guaranteed warranty (vs my bad internet research suggestions on how to fix things). I'm very happy with their work and really appreciate the work they did. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes just so you're educated on the method for fixing problems and the different types of materials and methods that people are using out there, then you're more capable of discussing fixes/options with the contractor that you select.

This is a disappointing review to write because I was initially really happy with them, and the…read moreexperience went downhill pretty quick. We used GM for both siding and exterior paint, at first they were extremely communicative, friendly, and the siding project itself seemed to go fine other than a few mishaps. With the siding, we loved how it looked but the work crew lacked professionalism. They left nails all over our yard, ripped bushes out of the ground on a carefully lined walkway, and pulled our front bushes down so aggressively they've never come back up and will have to be ripped out. The nails were a huge concern because we have a dog, and had we run one over with a mower that could have been dangerous for us as well. Months later we are still finding them. The contractors did compensate us for the bush they trampled. On to the paint. The painting contractors were awful from start to (never really) finished. They were unprofessional, left things in our trees and bushes, left garbage around our house and yard, trampled the bushes we had just replaced from the contractors (we weren't reimbursed this time), moved our fence post to a crooked location that we can't fix. Beyond that, we had a dark gray color with white trim, if you've ever painted over a dark color with white you know you have to have MANY coats to not have seep through of the darker color. For some reason, they painted all of it the dark color and then went over the trim with white, so in many areas you can see the bleed through of the gray. It looks tacky and like we DIY'd it. Additionally, we asked for the garage to be painted white and they painted it dark gray like the house.. when we asked them to fix it, they didn't open it to paint so as soon as we opened the garage it cracked on the bending panel and the insulation came out. I got in contact with the contractors right away and Kara said she would send someone out. She didn't, and that was now almost 3 months ago and they've completely ghosted us with a broken garage. They've also left their porta potty in front of our house this entire time (3 months and counting). Our neighbors across the street also hired them for siding and paint and they've also completely ghosted them for the paint. We initially would have recommended them but they ended up screwing us over so I'd go anywhere else.

Might be the best contractor we ever hired. Sergey is a force of nature. He showed up at 6:45am…read moreevery day and worked nonstop into the early afternoon, barely stopping for lunch. He is a perfectionist who does not cut corners. He makes sure every square inch of hardwood flooring, trims, moldings, vents, are done to his high standards resulting in a showroom level final product. He is an excellent communicator as well, laying out the exact plan for each day of work and giving us detailed advice on how to maintain our floors. His price is extremely fair for the level of workmanship he produces. See attached photos of our original 1960 white oak floors. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend him for anyone who needs flooring work.
