I built my house in 2020 and wouldn't you know it one year after my contractor warranty expired I started experiencing squeaking floors in the living room and master. I tried to live with it but after a few years I gave up. I had Aaron come out to look things over and he gave me a bid that very day. We then set up a day for them to come out and they were here right on time. Upon inspection we found out the subfloor had been nailed in instead of screwed down which is why everything was starting to squeak. The guys were great about moving the heavy furniture out and then back after they finished. Give the local team a try, I'm sure you'll be impressed.

Lonnie has also done two of our bathrooms at separate times - he's been around so much that after he left, my 2 year old began to ask where Lonnie was! They were both always respectful of our space, which is important, as going through any remodel can be time consuming and invasive, but was also enjoyable to catch up with at the end of a day.
