If I could give less than 1 I would. I am a diabetic. I ordered a diet Pepsi. I don't drink soda very often so it is hard for me to tell the difference between diet and regular. Every time I left the table my drink was refilled. Hearing horror stories of waiters giving regular soda in place of diet, I asked my friend to taste my soda. He confirmed it was regular and not diet. I asked the staff to tell me what they had been giving me and they said regular. When i explained that im a diabetic and cannot have regular soda both ladies working said "oops!" And walked off laughing. I then asked to speak to a manager and she was smiling during our conversation. She then offered to take the drink off the bill or give me a diet Pepsi to go. I took neither option. Because I was not looking for a freebie. I wanted them to understand that they have risked my life by not being careful about what they filled my cup with and then furthermore laughing at me as I explained that they have risked my life! Not once did they ask if I was ok or asked how they can help other than offering to take the $2 soda off my bill. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never return here. As far as the food was concerned, over cooked, dry, had obviously been sitting out all day. read more

Food here is typical for a chinese buffet. It was my sister's idea to dine here for her graduation dinner since she really likes the hibachi. I found the hibachi to be decent. This place is getting pretty run down; some of the tables have tape balls or stacks of napkins under the legs to keep balance, the serving tongs feel like they haven't been washed in ages, the ice cream machine is always broken down and the food has the tendency to be pretty old and stale most times. I guess the place has been putting forth real effort because the quality of food and cleanliness has gone up. Food is delicious, fairly cheap and there's a lot of variety. As far as the bad stuff goes, it could use a remodel and new carpet, but the only thing that really bothers me and takes the rating from a 5 to a 4 is that the waitresses sometimes forget about you and they always stand there and watch you fill out the tip portion of the check. I've heard they fuss at you if you don't tip well but I always do so I have no clue if that's true or not. Still it's kind of rude to stare at you while your trying to pay so I've stopped tipping as much because of it. read more

Would rate zero stars! Went tonight and was chased out the door by two waitress telling me to pay when my husband and 2 year old son was still in the restaurant eating! Food was good. But customer service was terrible. The only one who apologized was the seating hostess. The waitresses or the cashier older lady didn't even say sorry. But told me it was my fault because I walked outside to meet my daughters friend who was being dropped off. Even though my husband and son was still there. I just gotta update this review. Since my previous 2-star review, I thought I would try this place a few more times and tonight was definitely the last time. The only reason I have given this place three chances is because they're the only Chinese Buffet in the area (please inform me if I'm wrong)! Everything is terrible. Between the impossible to chew General Tso's, cardboard-like Crab Rangoon, and GRAY YOLK in my Eggdrop Soup, I just can't say which is the worst. My boyfriend and I BOTH felt sick after eating this food tonight. WE NEVER feel sick from food, even if it's junk fast food. It's been a few hours and I'm having a hardcore stomach-ache just typing this up. The only good thing on the buffet was the Fried Shrimp but it's NOT worth it. My husband and I have been going there since it opened about once a month. We have never had a problem with the food. The servers keep the food coming constantly and don't let things run down. I love the fresh shrimp in a light sauce and their spring rolls. The place could use a redo but I go there to eat! First time coming here tried the egg drop soup for the first time it was a hit. However the green pepper steak which was freshly brought out I tried 2 bites the meat was hard only the onions and green peppers were good. The powdered donuts some was hard and some were soft. Made the mistake of eating dinner here on Mother's Day. Bait and switch: sign said lobster on buffet but only lobster heads on the buffet! As they ran out of items, they just moved more raw mussels into those spaces. There weren't even any eggrolls. Employees were eating plates of full crab clusters, but the crab on the buffet were just little pieces. I just attempted to eat dinner here and was not allowed access because I use a service dog to help with my disability. I had to explain to Mr. Jack Yang, who claimed to be the manager but couldn't have been because of his disregard for the law, that a service dog accompanies their owner everywhere the public is allowed to go. It was only after I threatened to sue for discrimination that he said he would seat me in a dining room to the side but I would have to leave my service dog tied to a table. This is also inappropriate and illegal. His reasoning was that some of my dog's hair might be caught in a breeze and blown up onto the buffet and they've had problems with the health department before and didn't want any more. I told him if that was truly a concern each customer would need to be freshly cleaned before approaching the buffet since we all have dust, lint, hair and dirt on our clothes or skin. He would not follow the ADA law and allow me and my very well trained service dog access which makes this one of the most poorly run establishments. It means they have very little understanding of the laws involved in running a business and there is no way to tell how deep that lack of understanding runs. It's not worth food poisoning to find out if they don't understand temperature control or cleanliness standards. read more

As we walked in the place smelled of dish water. The greeter was very nice until he seated us which he then went on to in deliberately insult one of us but whatever. We went on to check out the buffet and everything looked great except for the seafood as I would NEVER eat seafood at a buffet. After sitting down and eating a few bites I noticed the food has a very strange dishwater taste. Our waitress was nowhere to be found, I had to get up several times to serve my own drinks. I had to get up several times to find a waiter to collect the plates. When we asked for the check they were quick to get to us then. The waitress rudely hovered as we filled out the final check (tip, etc) and even reminded us the percentage for the amount of the check. I had to ask her to please walk away because I wanted to throw my water at her, I also told her that it was rude of her to hover for money but NOT pay us any attention when needed for drink refills or to clear the table. We will NEVER go back to this place, until they clean it up, and properly train the staff. read more
