Rick and his crew are a solid group of guys…read more I hired them to run shielded CAT6A and speaker wiring in my new Palm Springs house. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

WOW!!!! What amazing service and value with Jordan and his team at Haul-Mates!…read more I had to tear down a wood fence At my house because the weather had blown it over and had no way to get rid of the fencing. I had called around a bunch of local companies and kept getting the same story that either they had an incredibly jacked up price or never a call back. When I finally came across Haul-Mates through a local Facebook Home Improvement group, I reached out to them and they were super responsive and blew away my expectations with value and quality of service and communication. No exaggeration here.. I was texting and talking with them within minutes even late at night. Making arrangements for the next day. I was in a really tight spot with my association giving me a lot of grief about getting stuff picked up right away or they were going to start issuing me a daily fine So they were on board with making things happen even if it meant a little bit longer day for Jordan and his team. This is exactly the kind of old school customer service that is missing so much these days in a world worried about metrics and price gouging Instead of people in service. For this reason I absolutely will always come back to work with Haul-Mates for my bulk item and junk hauling needs... and you should too! 10/10 I recommend this awesome company and team.
