We have now worked with the guys at Unify Smart Home twice, and I would think that expresses our appreciation and satisfaction with their services. First time around we went with a Google doorbell camera and iQ driveway camera. Worked out great since we already had the Google Nest Thermostat and now they all communicate and operate from the same app. Recently we added another iQ camera in our backyard and in our two year olds bedroom. We've also purchased a Google Hub from Unify and feel they are competitive with the product pricing and fair with their labor/install costs. The finished installs look great, very neat and clean. The gentlemen who installed them for us has been the same person to come to our home both times, which is very comfortable for us, and he has been super informative and thorough with setting everything up and making sure my wife and I know how to fully operate and control our system. How many of you have bought a smart home device, tried for an hour to set it up, and couldn't get it to work. Well I have extensive experience in that vein, and Unify Smart Home is the solution to your frustration. I had a Ring Pro door bell installed and it worked for a few weeks and then quit. Friends kept ringing the doorbell and leaving because they thought we weren't home. I hired Unify to troubleshoot the problem and they found the issue and are fixing it. I also had a Harmony Remote that was partially set up but not completely. This was fixed in a jiffy and wifi extenders were installed to improve my signal strength through my big home. Damien was very nice and so helpful. He explained that Unify Smart Home can configure your home so one command can affect lighting, temperature, media and sound throughout your home. Darrin and his team were TOTALLY AWESOME! There is so much to like about these guys. Technology isn't our thing, so we was super happy that they were experts in home automation!! We had a neighborhood situation, so we had to install a surveillance system ASAP. They came over within the week of my initial call (I actually think it was the next day) and within a few hours they had our home fully secure. They installed wired cameras, but there are ZERO cords showing. We are super impressed with the quality of their work! They also synced all of our technology up with Alexa, fire stick and iPhone apps. We had some pretty major internet issues (for years) which they also fixed (and were relentless in finding a solution). They also called us to follow up a few times after the install to make sure the system was still running smoothly. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. I've now used Unify twice in 3 weeks - to install a Nest door bell and to install and configure a new WiFi router system. Both services were done within a day or two or my call for help, and installs went just as I had hoped. Things work right off the bat and no problems. Pricing is provided up front before committing to service and is reasonably priced for services performed. 2 hour window for service with a text message delivered 15 minutes before arrival - which was at the front end of the appointment window.
