    So we got sideswiped on the 101 by a 17 year old driver who wasn't looking as she ame into the lane we were in needless to say the driver side of my car was trashed the front fender hit the driver side tire and shredded the edges so my first stop was to my good friends at Big Brand Tires and Thomas they're referred me to Humberto at H&H Auto Body tech repair my car upon further investigation that found out that he actually has a great body shop with a lot of people we knew have used them. So we went to pick up the car and it looked amazing not only did they fix all the Bodywork replace the panel to needed they had those Wheels repaired and had new tires put on for the Winslow damaged the car looks perfect everything aligns with these guys were the best if you need body shop their prices are good to Quality is top-notch

    Hands down! Beto has one of the Best Body Shops in town. They do amazing great work and great customer service. He will take care of you with great reasonable prices and I'm truly happy with the work they do here. I would definitely bring my car back. Happy with the work they do here.

    My son went around town to get quotes at some of these more recommended yelp Autobody shops in Oxnard . H&H was the most affordable one. Can't believe the variation in quotes in different companies. Humberto and his worker were very polite, friendly and trustworthy so we went through them for the repairs. No backlog. Took car in on a Monday and they were done Wednesday. Did a great job! Definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

    After reading their 5-star reviews, I decided to take my Dodge Ram 3/4 ton truck to H&H Autobody that had recently been damaged (& declared a total loss) by a high impact front-end hit & run collision. After determining the frame was bent beyond repair, Beto's team replaced the frame with a 1-ton option and had it steam cleaned & painted before ever reassembling the truck. They also repaired and/or replaced the hood, driver's side door, and both front fenders. What I also appreciate is their willingness to accept my providing their shop with aftermarket parts of my choice (heavy duty bumper, LED headlamps) instead of using standard stock parts. After complete reassembly, my truck was then taken to a nearby auto dealership for a mechanical & safety inspection before it was released back to me. I'm so pleased with the outcome-- it was polished to perfection and runs & drives like a champ. I was even provided with a digital photo catalog that tracked the repairs from start to finish! My heartfelt thanks goes out to Beto, Yanet, Silvia & the H&H Autobody Team!!

    After being Rear ended i had to find a shop to take my car to me not ever knowing anything about this kind of stuff my brother in law recommended this place highly , so i messaged them he immediately told me bring my car in which was great i also had additional damage in my front end from me hittinf a pole that was a high cost too fix additional to him fixing my rear end out of the kidness of his heart he fixed the front with no charge my car looks brand new & he didnt have too do that at all and he did ! Everyone is very friendly and the work was done fast & perfect ! Highly recommend this shop to anyone also car was washed & detailed ! Thank you too HH Autobody ! Very satisfied

I received a voice message from Kim at the front desk on Friday, April 3 stating that they were starting the tear down of the vehicle that day. Then on Monday, April 6 I received another voicemail from Kim stating that they were starting the teardown of the vehicle on Monday so I was a little confused because she told me they were starting on Friday so I called her back and told her I was very disappointed that they stored my car in their garage for the entire week and didn't start working on it all while I had to use a uber every day back and forth to work and spent money out of my pocket while they let my vehicle sit in the garage and never touched it for an entire week. Still don't understand why the parts were not ordered the week that they stored my vehicle. If I knew they weren't going to touch my vehicle until the following week, I could've dropped it off that Friday or the following morning when they started the tear down so I could use for work that week. Instead, I've had to pay for Ubers back-and-forth to work while they kept pushing my dates back. I ended up spending over $700 in Uber payments to get back-and-forth to work while they stored my car for an entire week. I didn't touch it. I decided to eat Ubers because the cheapest Rent-A-Car I could find was $55 per day. The gas prices are cheap so I would've spent more money on a Rent-A-Car. I got a call from Sal stating that they were waiting on parts for the repairs as soon as they get the parts they would work on it as fast as they could. I proceeded to let him know that my birthday was Friday, April 10 and I would like to have my vehicle back. I let them know that if it wasn't ready by Wednesday, they would have to keep it in the garage for seven days because I'm leaving for vacation. I spoke to him on Thursday, April 9 and he told me that it looks like I probably wouldn't get my vehicle back for my birthday because they ordered parts and they hadn't come in yet. Then he proceeds to tell me possibly Monday the 13th the earliest or the latest Tuesday morning on the 14th. I ended up getting my vehicle that Tuesday evening. Why this is so disappointing is because I have experience working as a delivery driver for Worldpac. Worldpac is a distributor of auto parts. We have a local warehouse here in Oxnard, California and anytime auto parts store calls to order parts. We delivered within two hours yet. I kept being told that they were ordering parts and they're taking days and weeks to get them in, which doesn't make sense to me. After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed on the way home that my passenger side mirror wasn't folding when I triggered the alarm and it wasn't working. So I called in and let them know that I would need to bring it back in the following week because I was going on vacation. When I got back on vacation, I took it in at 8:15 AM or Tuesday, April 21 waited about an hour for the repairs. Sal came back out to show me both mirrors. He stated that Tesla sent them the wrong mirror the first time and they didn't have several wires, but the new mirror they sent was correct. And finally, the mirror worked properly. I would have to say that customer service wise they're pretty good and the repairs on the body was done correctly, but I'm disappointed of the time they held my car given the minor damage and for having to bring it back in a second time to fix the mirror. I will never use this place again. This sucks because I could've got the service done at Tesla, but their service was scheduled two weeks out and that's why I chose this body shop because I thought I could get my vehicle a lot sooner and it ended up being 3 1/2 weeks. Should've just went to Tesla and no matter the wait in the future I will always use Tesla service only moving forward.

He was so excited, the first place we went where we used the truck to transport some new plants for our garden was Lowe's. While in the parking lot a younger woman decided to try pushing a shopping cart into my husband's new truck when trying to squish it between our truck and her car. Instead of scraping her car she pushed it up against our truck. She put a 4 inch scratch right into the paint on the driver's side while we were sitting inside the truck. My husband was so upset. He confronted her (talking to her from inside the truck) but she gaslit him and left. After she left we got out and saw the scratch. And she kept insisting she did not scratch the truck. I was upset that he didn't get her info or her plates. I thought I'd end up paying the $500 deductible to fix a scratch made by a rude woman. But that wasn't the case. We decided to find out what the damage would cost us. Our insurance company referred us to a top rated place: Caliber Collision. We saw the ratings and thought: Oh Wow! My husband took his truck over to Caliber Collision and they saw the damage and instead of charging us to fix it they quickly buffed it out at no cost! No cost?! Whatttt? You nearly never get that kind of service these days! They made our day! Took the heartache out that I felt and that I know my husband felt too. Just knowing there are places out there that will do such nice deeds made us both feel so lucky! We won the lottery going to Caliber Collision! Wonderful job too! Talk about AMAZING customer service! His appointment was for 10:30 Tuesday and during the drop off process they INCREASED IT. Saying that the rim of the wheel was bent when there wasn't even any impact on the wheel. Sounds like a way to get more money from the insurance company to me. When he picks the car up I'm going to ask to see the parts that were discarded ... because it sounds so shady. The car drives normal (wouldn't the driver know if the wheel was bent? ) I know it was exactly the same as before his accident with a gate

    This review is long overdue. I had a very bad experience with Hub Auto. Took my car in to have…read moredamage repaired from someone hitting my car. The insurance person and Hub auto looked at the car while I was not present. Unfortunately, neither person shut the hood of the car correctly, and neglected to ensure that the hood was properly latched. I was given the car back prior to getting the side door taken care of and drove around the corner on Rose Ave and the hood flew open and smashed my entire windshield. I was going about 40 mph and on a bit of a curve, and to say it was traumatic was an understatement. I was unable to see and had to try to get the car to the side of the road peeking under a 2-inch opening at the bottom of the windshield. I could not see traffic; I have no idea how I made it to the side of the road. I had just been hit on the left side of my car by a lady who decided she didn't want to wait at the red light as I was going through the green light, and I was so fragile emotionally and physically from injury. The owner of Hub was throwing the insurance guy under the bus and vice versa, no one wanted to take responsibility. It was such a train wreck, I ended up going to the police department and getting the information they needed in my traumatized state, not to mention I was barely able to walk as my leg was injured when the person hit me. I had to fight to get a rental car, and all Hub guy was worried about was his having to pay for the car. I never got a "sorry" "we will take care of you", nothing, just complaining about the rental car. He forgot that I no longer had a vehicle to drive, as the hood was smashed into the windshield. Somehow, he gamed the system and was so proud to tell me how the insurance paid for the rental car. Really? That's all your worried about? How about the person whose life you just about killed? I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do not go to them. They are not trustworthy; they don't care about the customer. Horrible people, horrible company. Shame on you.
