I LOVE HEYTEA! Honestly I've been here more times than I can count. The drinks are consistently good, and it's definitely one of my go to spots. My only wish is that they could improve the pick up area!! It's almost always crowded and feels a bit disorganized. Bc the space is small, there isn't much room to stand, and it's easy to get mixed up between the ordering line and the pick up. I often find myself having to ask the person in front of me whether they've already ordered or if they're waiting to pick up. Thats all I just hope the layout or flow can be improved to make the experience smoother.

I absolutely love how pretty and delicious their drinks are -- they're both aesthetically pleasing and super tasty. I'll usually stop by whenever I'm nearby and not in a rush. The shop is very small and tends to get crowded quickly. I can see there are quite a few staff members working in both the front and back, but it can still take 25+ minutes to get a drink at times. I'm also not a big fan of having to install an app to track the drink status or constantly watch the monitor on the wall for updates. Even when the drinks are ready, you still have to wait for an employee to be available to hand them to you since customers aren't allowed to grab them from the counter. Overall, I enjoy their drinks, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

I love love heytea the quality and flavors of their drinks are so good. You can tell in general there is a lot of thought and effort that goes into it, from the packaging of the cup to the actual ingredients that go in it. It is always busy in store so I would recommend ordering store pick-up for a quick trip. I wouldn't expect much service because it's always busy, especially during any events, but if you go during the week during hours where everyone's working it'll probably be fine . The SLU location has some seats available in-store but it's quite a small store.

Pretty good fruit tea! I went here after grabbing sushi in SLU, and it's a small store with a small amount of seating inside, but mostly for grab and go. There's a little shelter close-ish outside the store, if it's packed inside and drizzling outside. Order ahead via the app, otherwise it gets crowded with the order counter only having one terminal. Pick-up is done via call out of your order number, and the drinks are placed on numbers on the counter matching your order number. Straws are close by. This spot was a bit more chaotic on staff calling out orders and a few customers were crowded by the counter and grumpy their drink had been sitting there for a while and not called out. They did fly through orders though and it looked more like an issue with getting the drinks into customer hands rather than making the drinks themselves. I've been to HEYTEA a few times, and have dialed in that they're great for their fruit teas. I got a Cloud Green Grape this time, which was a hit. Very refreshing and sweet. Would recommend sticking to their fruit teas if you come to HEYTEA.

One of my favorite milk tea, drink spots in Seattle. When I'm craving a sweet treat, this is where I come. The service is really slow, but that's because of how busy it is all the time. I tried out their new coconut drinks and it's super refreshing. I love the coconut jelly and the lightness of the coconut milk paired with the Matcha foam. It didn't feel heavy and it was great as a little pick me up in the afternoon or something you have after dinner. I definitely recommend checking out their mango, boom or grape boom those two are my favorite. There isn't that many places to sit since the place is pretty small, but the smell of this place is so good. I love it.

Everything at HeyTea is a hit!! My favorite boba place in the area. Their fruit drinks are super refreshing and unique; the coconut mango boom has mango in it and the sago adds a nice texture. I got the less sweet and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Their jasmine tea is also really good, it has a strong tea flavor which I appreciate.. and paired with their boba? Amazing. Their boba is soft and chewy which should be a standard at all boba places but most seem to miss. Overall i feel like HeyTea has a drink for any type of craving. You can order through the app to beat the line, but if it's busy they'll close online ordering. You can check the progress of your drink on the app and it'll also give you an eta on when your drink will be done.

I definitely recommend! I've seen people rave about their ingredients and it definitely didn't disappoint. I ordered the cloud jasmine tea with less sweet sugar, and I really enjoyed it! The tea flavor was immaculate and light... paired with the cheese foam top ... it's amazing. Plus, you can order online if you don't want to wait. The service is quick, still I'll def be coming back!

Food - The quality of the ingredients is phenomenal! Service - They're always fast but the workers work hard to make sure your drinks come out quickly! Ambiance - Very small aromatic cafe with a bustling vibe.

Came to this place because a friend of mine wanted to go and wanted to try the Matcha. I learned the Matcha you cannot change out the milk, so I asked them to recommend something else and was recommended to try the cloud coconut blue. I got it with regular sugar. It taste amazing! You get real coconut milk with the coconut jelly and the Matcha is top shelf! Service took the right amount of time, it wasn't super quick, but it didn't take very long. There is a very limited seating, most people just stand outside and wait for their order to be called. The cashier was nice and knowledgeable and helped me pick my drink, which I appreciated. My recommendation would be to allow for maybe some outdoor seating since indoor seating isn't an option, this is a place where I would want to sit and have a tea date with a friend.

Stopped by the SLU location to grab some drinks. We got the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte and the Coconut Mango Boom. As usual the quality was super good. The mango is fresh and pairs well with the coconut. The matcha mochi in the latte is easily the best part. You can't go wrong with either of those drinks, especially if you are a matcha lover. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is the rewards system. I had points expiring the next day that I wanted to use, but you can only redeem them on mobile orders. Since they had turned off online ordering while I was there, I couldn't use them and basically just lost the points. Love the drinks but that policy could use some tweaking.

I went at odd hour since this place is always busy! The menu looks good, little bit pricy - more than I prefer for tea. I got the jasmine matcha tea. It was delicious. I definitely love the flavour and wanna try more things here. But maybe not frequency cause $$$ Do recommend if you want solid tea.

This shop was busy!! there were like 10 orders ahead of ours, but they were flying through orders, so we didn't have to wait long which is a major plus. I got the coconut mango boom which was delicious!! Tasted like the drink version of mango sago and it was PERFECT for a hot Seattle afternoon. They were ok with removing the jelly (since it was made with gelatin) and adjusting sweetness. The shop is pretty small, one long bench and four stools for sitting by the window, so don't recommend planning to hang out inside.

Finally got to try out this Heytea location after all the giant crowds died down! I got the guava green grape drink which was super refreshing and satisfying on a hot day. The guava tasted fresh, though I did think it could've used a tad more flavor. We didn't have to wait too long in total which was also nice!

It was so clean and slick. The menu had milk tea, tea latte, flavored tea, pink salt cheese crema, alongside 10 different toppings. Sugar and ice level were customizable. I ordered the crema mango tea and the signature milk tea. The baristas were helpful. They took the ordered and prepared the drinks in few minutes. The mango crema was so delicious. You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks but my all time favorites are the tieguanyin oolong milk tea with toppings and the strawberry milk tea, which I believe they have now rebranded to strawberry smoothie. Sugar is adjustable which is great because I love my drinks less sweet. I got the strawberry smoothie and bff milk tea this time, which I believe is black milk tea with egg pudding and grass jelly, and I added egg pudding. So delicious and creamy, and the smoothie does not give off an artificial fruit taste. One thing that was off-putting to me was the signage indicating their kiosk. The makeshift, handwritten message to turn around and use the kiosk seems passive aggressive and gives off the message that the workers do not want to talk to you. Other than that, we got our drinks pretty fast since it wasn't busy near closing, which was when I went.

The boba place is very tea forward with a variety of options. There were a handful of drinks that had an interesting name, such as, Iron Buddha, but I wish there was a description of what the drink was. I didn't want to ask too many questions given the growing line. I don't think any of the drinks included toppings, so that's an additional charge. I guess it's been a while since I had boba cause the average price was $7-8 without any toppings! The drink was great and tasted delicious, but the operation itself can be better.
