I am on a fixed budget and needed an upgrade. The thing that I appreciated about Neil is that he is willing to work with you based on your budget and needs. You just have to communicate, open up a working dialogue, and hear out all the options. Neil found me a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with all the right features and software. He could have also sourced me a new gaming laptop with the best speeds and processing power but of course- out of my budget. If you get to know Neil, you realize he does care about his clients and wants to make things right. So far I am satisfied with my laptop computer and if I run into an issue I can always call him and he'll do his best to help - obviously within reason.

I was able to get in contact with him morning of and he was so great at communication and transparency, walked me through what parts would be needed, how much it cost and what he would be doing. The fact that it was an old model didn't matter, he was so professional and went straight to work on getting ready to fix it. Once the parts had arrived it, dropping off the laptop to picking it back up all fixed up was only 5 days!
