Recently Daniel helped me with a persistent laptop issue that involved several moving pieces, troubleshooting, and shipping, all with interference from my schedule, needing the laptop free at specific times for my job. He followed up regularly, helped me understand what the next steps were, and was kind as I fumbled a bit with terminology (this is not my area of expertise!). Thanks to the whole team to the support, and particularly Daniel in making sure I got my ol' workhorse figured out so I could get back to full productivity.

I am on a fixed budget and needed an upgrade. The thing that I appreciated about Neil is that he is willing to work with you based on your budget and needs. You just have to communicate, open up a working dialogue, and hear out all the options. Neil found me a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with all the right features and software. He could have also sourced me a new gaming laptop with the best speeds and processing power but of course- out of my budget. If you get to know Neil, you realize he does care about his clients and wants to make things right. The day of my housecall, it was POURING, and Jimmy was on time, prompt, and focused right away on replacing the battery and doing some cleanup for my machine. He has a 1 hour minimum, and the battery replacement wouldn't have used it, so he suggested the tune up, which I agreed was a great idea. He found some unused apps and out of date software, and prior to the appointment (almost forgot!) he recommended I update to the latest OS software. When I mentioned that a prior upgrade had resulted in an unusable machine and I'd had to restore a backup to fix it, he said to do the upgrade before his appointment, and if something went wrong, he'd be able to help me out. The upgrade went fine, but I was a lot more confident about it knowing I had help on the way. I found JimmyMac after looking up reviews of the local Genius Bars in my area - even though my machine is way outside of warranty coverage. The reviews were so poor that I looked on other parts of Yelp. Jimmy is an outstanding support and repair tech, and I'm so relieved I found him here. Excellent customer service, punctual and careful, and very attentive.

Then, when I convinced him that I required his services he quoted me a more than fair price and gave me a time estimate that I expected to hear.
