I'm big on giving credit when credit is do. We can always focus on the bad and nip pick just fine....But, very little mention the good. The reps were nice but (admittedly) not transparent about what they were selling us. The accessories were way overpriced, and they avoided telling us the costs. Both invoices they provided included incorrect names and addresses on them, yet our Verizon account showed the correct transaction therein. In bringing that to their attention, they had no explanation saying that that's just the way it is. I would suggest using caution when dealing with them, or better yet, find a Verizon store that is direct with Verizon and not a third-party company.

Unfortunately, the overall experience with Verizon has been frustrating. We switched all of our phones from T-Mobile to Verizon in March and were told we'd receive an $800 credit per phone we returned, along with another promotional credit. We returned all phones within the first week, but as of July, we have not received any credits or reimbursement. Although we purchased the phones at a discounted rate, we were told that wouldn't affect the promotion. After calling Verizon multiple times, we were informed we should have received Visa gift cards and that the claim needed to be resubmitted. We did that, but we are still waiting months later with no resolution. The customer service at the store was great, but the follow-through on Verizon's end has been incredibly disappointing. I hope this gets resolved and that Verizon improves communication and consistency for future customers

Even their manager didn't apply my promo right and I had to go to a corporate store to fix this. The sales associate was great, extremely helpful and no judge mental and made the process super easy. They had a new 14 in stock and he was willing to swap out accessories that I didn't need. Also, importantly, they are NOT a Verizon "company store." At this "Broadway Victra" location, the representative was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, and both representatives that we ever worked with (2 different occasions) seemed shady--only interested in "selling" because, to quote the employee, he said "that's what I am paid to do" so keep this in mind if you are considering going here--apparently, 'service' is NOT part of their job.
