The customer service rep at the store said I could cancel the additional number without issue. I did end up cancelling the number and was billed an additional $700 for the phone that was an upgrade to my original number. I called AT&T customer service and was on hold for a while and eventually connected to a call center outside the US. The rep placed me on another home and was disconnected. I decided to return to this AT&T store to try and resolve the charges. The in-Store customer service rep pulled up my account after explaining my concerns. She went and brought over a "manager" who stated that his employee that added the line would never have set up the account the way she did and said " I need to backup my employee and there is nothing we will do to resolve YOUR issue". Horrible service and he did not care what I had to say. HIS employee was right and a 30 year AT&T customer was wrong. Another phone call to AT&T customer service quickly resolved the issue. I will never return to this location due to the arrogant "manager". AT&T, please remind your employees to be customer service oriented and actually TRY to help your long term customers. This experience has tested my patience, and loyalty to AT&T. I may be looking for a new provider in the future as a result of this "manager's" attitude.

After the store assured me it would be fixed, I still had to spend several frustrating hours on the phone with AT&T customer service trying to resolve it--multiple calls with no quick resolution. This has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience with poor communication between the store and support.

Until this matter is fully resolved and the company addresses these fraudulent activities, I strongly caution others against using their services. The rep working with me was Steven and Jeremy. Jeremy signed for my equipment and looks like he activated it as well.

Whenever Derrick would start with a transaction to upgrade a phone or add a line, their "system" would "glitch" or whatever other excuse and things would just fall out of whack. For starters the "no money down" after a soft inquiring was done on an existing line quickly changed to a $300 down payment. I figured this happened often and Derrick had anticipated this to happen because he has taken a photo on his phone prior to this "glitch" as proof that it said no lines down before the $300. Sketch. Then Derrick said that he would see if they could call support and get it overridden and he would have to call us back once we left the store. NEVER CALLED US. WE HAD TO CALL THEM. TWICE. and each time NO ONE CALLED US BACK. So after our third and FINAL visit, we actually walked out of the store. We had enough. They would get to the end of added a phone and the system would just kick them off. They even tried 4-5 different SIM cards because AFTER I would ask for updates, they said none of the cards were working. It was just all around a big headache and to be honest a terrible experience and I do not recommend this location to anyone.
