I called and got a quote about some repairs (replacing the screen and LCD array), asked about appointment vs walk-in. I walked in, dropped off my phone, and picked it up a few hours later. It was only when I was picking it up that they told me that my iPhone would flag the parts they used as being a problem, but that I could just ignore the flags. They did not tell me that I would no longer be able to monitor my battery health. They did not tell me that the replaced screen would have poorer quality. I was irritated that they didn't disclose that until the work was done, but was willing to live with it. I immediately noticed the change in image quality, but I didn't have time to bring it up. I took my phone home... and hours later, there was an apparent defect. There was a single line of pink, glowing vertically across the face of the screen. It came and went... I restarted my phone, but that didn't make a difference. I had to go out of town for work, but planned to bring it back as soon as I was back in town. Unfortunately, less than 48 hours after the repair, my phone began to become less and less usable. One of the corners showed a 1x0.5 inch area of randomly colored screen. The right-most side of the entire screen was completely black, gradually lightening towards the left side. I took it back in and immediately got a prickly response, with them stating that that was clearly damage (and thus, not covered by their warranty). I was flabbergasted, as I started having issues only a few hours after their repairs were completed. I hadn't dropped my phone or done anything that might cause damage. I'd paid ~$250, spent significant time getting it repaired, been accused of damaging my phone, and my phone was now less usable than it had been with the original damage. They consulted with someone elsewhere and begrudgingly told me that they'd replace it again under warranty, despite the fact that "it's clearly damage." They replaced the screen and LCD array. It's been fine since, though the image quality is still significantly lacking. It feels crappy to fork out the money for repairs that feel subpar. It feels crappy to have people strongly imply that you're dishonest and taking advantage of their warranty. It feels crappy to have information about the repairs withheld until they've been completed. I'm glad I can squeeze another year out of my phone, but I won't be back and I won't be recommending this business to anyone. read more

This place has to be the worst cell phone repair store in Boise. I have called 2 times to get pricing on repairs and both times the people answering the phone have know idea what they are talking about. I called see what it would cost to have Siri installed on my iphone 4 and the Kid said he would have to see what it takes to do that and than he would be able to give me a price, since this is what they do i thought they would have a idea of what it entails and have set price like the other stores i called, which told me a price and knew what I was talking about. I would at all cost avoid 360 Wireless, there are a couple other cellphone repair store within a mile of 360 wireless, save yourself some time, and visit them. Stay away, spend your money at Cellme, Halfprice Wireless or Idaho Cellular Repair, much more professional. They also love to Spam Craigslist with there ads, they should spend a little money and advertise like a real Business. read more

My husband & I can't say enough. Tony at the Eagle Rd. location has helped get us out of a jam a few times. We have teenagers and didn't want to buy them brand new cell phones that could be lost, stolen or break so we checked out 360 wireless. Over the past year we have bought 3 iPhones, replaced several broken screens & batteries. Tony went the extra mile to make sure we could get nice refurbished phones for our twins 13th birthday. He outfit them with screen protectors, cases and even found iPhone boxes in the back room so they looked legit. Their price compared to others in the area is significantly cheaper. Tony was friendly, knowledgeable & had a fast turn around. We received similar service down at the Boise Town Mall when we stopped in for a few things. They didn't tell me that I phone I bought from them was labelled "non-pay/fraudulent" so I am not able to trade it in to the company it is locked to (Verizon) now that I am done using it. Did not offer any help at all when I called & didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me (an $800 loss) by not disclosing that information. DO NOT buy a phone here. I came in because my sons phone wouldn't charge. We brought it in for repair so we could possibly sell it or keep it as a back up. 360 stated the battery was bad and they recommended we replace it. So we did and paid $40 to replace it. Being that it was an extra phone, it was not being used as much as a primary phone. When I went to charge it after a week, it still wouldn't charge. I brought it back with the receipt to request a refund. At this pioint I was told the charging port was bad and it would be another $60 to repair. I am disappointed with 360wireless because they assured me I would have a working phone. The issue was obviously not fixed it the 1st time. The phone hasn't been turned on since the new battery. The phone is trash at this point. I wouldn't of bothered trying to repair it if I would have known it would end up costing over $100. read more

I RAN MY $600 LG THRU THE WASHING MACHINE. I MEAN A FULL CYCLE. It was *dead*. Totally unresponsive. I took it to these guys, they called me a few hours later to tell me it was working just fine and the next morning I picked it up. It's like nothing ever happened to it. Really reasonable price for repair. I love that this looks like a modest shop where the guys seriously know their cell phones, period. Value, not flash or commission salespeople who don't have time for you. Hard to find using google maps; just find Cafe Oh Le! in the storefront surrounding the mall and look toward Petsmart. I have been paying $17.00 a month for "insurance" over 4 years. When my phones screen started to separate from the case, I filed a claim and was laughed at. Cancelled the $17.00 per month. Now what? Started looking for repair shops and came upon 360 Wireless. Made a phone call and the personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Undecided, a did some more investigating to decide whether to fix my old phone or bite the bullet and purchase a new phone. Another phone call to 360 Wireless. Again, nothing but courtesy and helpfulness. Beginning to think these guys are not real. Anyway, after about 5 phone calls (I'm sure they were getting tired of me but still being nice) I decided to get an older, but new phone. Okay, now how do I get the new phone set up and copied from my old phone. Oh, I know: 360 Wireless. This time I physically went to the store and was greeted by Garrett H. Had a horrible experience with 360 Wireless this weekend. My mom's i-phone broke so she went in to the store, bought a phone and was told everything was ready to go and worked fine. After leaving her phone was unable to make calls or texts. After trouble shooting with her phone carrier she was told to take the phone back, they confirmed the phone would not function and sent her to another location to get an equivalent phone. This phone worked, but then when she made a call the sound was nearly inaudible. Frustrated after not having a phone for 4 days we decided to get her money back and returned the phone. The representative who sold her the phone did not tell her about a restocking fee upon purchase and did not email her a receipt as promised (she had asked for a paper copy). The manager claimed he could do nothing about this. I hope that this is an isolated event, but would like to caution others who might be considering using 360 Wireless. They sold her two faulty phones and then she ended up paying $50 for her own loss of time and inconvenience. Stick with buying from the carrier unless you want the run around. read more

Love these folks! When you have 4 teenagers with iPhones, s#!t happens. When it happens (usually about every 3-4 months) we go visit the repair gods at 360. This time our sack of repeatedly repaired phones were a little too damaged to get one fixed again, so we thought! Not a problem for these guys & gals!! Used iPhone #85301 ready for the true test.... Dishonest repairs, expensive prices, no quality assurance. They take (a lot of) your money, and temporarily "fix" your device, and won't guarantee their work when what they fixed is broken mysteriously again after two months. I shattered my Galaxy S7 screen for the first time and they had a gold screen in-stock and got it fixed within a day, with a backlog. Then, the back started coming off and I thought it was the screen glue coming apart. It turns out it was the battery going bad (this is typical for Samsungs?) and they replaced it immediately, without charge. read more

I took my Galaxy S4 in because it would not charge. They replaced the charging port for $42 and I took it home. It charged fine, however now it told me that my phone storage was full and so was the memory. I tried moving things to the SD card, but it would let me. I took it back to 360 Wireless and the tech was able to move things to the SD card and get rid of the alerts. When I got home I got the same alerts about storage and memory. Unfortunately by now 360 Wireless was closed. My contact list was gone so I could only call people whose numbers I had memorized and I couldn't text anyone. Basically all I could do was internet stuff. When I went back after work, and explained to the same guy that it was getting the same alerts and that until they changed the charging port, he had the nerve to tell me that it had probably been showing that message all along and i just missed it. Until the issue of the phone not charging, I hadn't had any problems with it in the 2 and 1/2 years I had it. So now I basically just threw away $42! I went to Verizon and they told me that 360 Wireless had probably done a lollypop update which is know to ruin the S$. Of course 360 Wireless would admit to nothing. I will never do business with them again and I will discourage all of my friends from going there as well!! read more
