Then for ___ we can try to transfer your hard drive data, but it sounds like you'll probably lose everything. Then for ___ we'll replace your OS, which means you'll have to re-install all your programs as well as any lost files. Did we say you'll lose everything? Oh, and it'll be 3-5 days." I called Greg at Comtek and we arranged to meet so I could give him my hard drive. He called THAT SAME EVENING with the good news that he was able to repair the hard drive issues and link me back up with Google Drive. He even copied the file I needed onto a disk. That kind of service is why I'll call Comtek first from now on.
