Took my somewhat older homemade gaming PC into these guys when I had a critical error and was dead in the water. My beloved PC would no longer even boot up past the BIOS. I used this PC for both Gaming, School and Work and did not want to live on my laptop until I could afford to build another PC up. Like so many others out there, the Windows 10 update bricked my desktop! My computer was maybe five years old and had everything I wanted on it. It functioned great until Windows 10 was released. I tried everything to recover, fix, repair it remotely. No dice. I really liked the smaller scale foot print and aesthetic features of this particular model/ brand and didn't want a different desktop. I took it into Quick for a diagnosis. Well...D.O.A. was the verdict. Thanks Windows 10! They refurbished my desktop with a memory, processor, flash drive HD and power source upgrade and...wait for it! Recovered my data from my old hard disc! All this for about $200 less than a new computer! Service was done on time and at the price quoted. No surprises. This place was terrible! One guy nice, the other talks to you like you should know all of his nerdy computer lingo. Took my laptop in because hard drive froze up. Was told they would replace hard drive and try and save my personal files. The next day was called and told my laptop was ready for pickup. Wow! That was quick I thought. Got there only to find that they didn't save any of my files, my touchscreen didn't work and I had been upgraded to windows 10. When I told the nerd my touchscreen was inoperable he said " Oh, that's a touchscreen?" I told them to give me back windows 8.1 and fix my touchscreen. I had to come back 4 hours later only find out that now my keyboard didn't work properly. The techs comment was "well, we've got it this far". The whole time I was there I had to hear how my laptop was just a bunch of Chinese crap. Numerous references to how crappy a consumer grade Chinese laptop was. His words not mine! They even told me that they should be charging more. Not my fault they didn't get it right the first time. I now have a laptop that doesn't work properly and I'm out 202 dollars. I will never refer anyone to them. As smart as they talked I would've guessed they were better at their job. Totally disappointed!!!!! read more

I posted a review on another site. I have a copy of a check paid to Quick Computer Services for $3275.39, a computer they traded for that check that at times is so loud I can't talk on the phone or skype or even be in the same room with it for long periods while it is running. They refused to fix it telling me to "put it in the closet". I posted a rating under my own name and picture but the owners claim I am just a troll and not a real account or customer and threatened to report me for telling the world about that crappy deal and subsequent crappy service. My computer died and even with a back up I did think all of my data could be recovered. I called quick computer that morning that I couldn't get it to boost up. I spoke with Cole the owner and he suggested that he send Sergio our regular tech support to my home and see it he could fix it here and if not he would bring it back to the shop. As a rule I purchase my computers at Costco and Quick Computers were wiling to support that and were willing to talk with their tech to make sure that we had the right product, I sent my husband to purchase a unit but on inspection it lack some major features that they agreed would better suit our needs and matched the Costco price and with a longer warranty on the hard drive. So we returned our Costco unit and Quick Computers had my new computer up and running with all my data that they managed to recover from my old computer that day. I have 2 retailed store and a home office and they maintain all of computer needs for over 5 years. They are very responsive with any 24hr request for services. I wasn't going to review quick but after much consideration and the way I was blown off after they had worked on my computer. I took my computer in and ask Cole that I need a gaming mother board put in but keep it around $600.00 . He Said I can do that and put a small hard drive on the mother board so that it would be fast. I really didn't understand the whole hard drive thing on the mother board but assumed that he knew what he was talking about. when I got my computer back it work like a charm really fast but the only problem was it that I install lots of third party add-ons and everyone knows that the C;drive is where it installs and some third party do not give you an option to choose a different drive and this is not want I wanted him to do. I just wanted a mother board and thats it not put my c drive onto the mother board. I recently took my computer to another computer place and the computer tech said to me this mother board is old school and you probably paid to much for all of this work it was like almost 600 dollars and the mother board cost like 100 dollars I looked it up so no this was not a good thing at all. So when I run out of room on my Cdrive I was pissed so I called quick only for cole to basically blow me off and gave me a lame excuse. Never again will i go to quick. you blew me off and never cared to call me back.
