Given that I'm not exactly educated when it comes to gaming, I had no idea what to expect and I was honest about that (which I feel some businesses could/may have taken advantage of). They were so respectful of the fact that I was on a budget, broke everything down into layman's terms so I could understand this techy language, gave me options prior to service and then it was fixed and ready to go the very next day. Love this place! Took my laptop in for a keyboard replacement and James did a phenomenal job!! James is a really personable guy and he knows his stuff. It feels brand new. The first keyboard they put in was a dud, and they took my computer back and got a replacement for no extra charge and got it back to me the next day. On top of it, James did a bunch of updates for me and my computer is running so much faster and I can actually type! The whole team did a great job with communicating me via phone and email every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend this place. Went in to get my desktop fixed and they did a system reboot, which was really needed because I kept getting the blue screen of death. Total was $99 and it was finished in a couple of days. The techs really knew what they're talking about and recommended useful tips and upgrades without being pushy. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. This is a nice computer store with great prices and they even price match so you dont have to order off the internet and get ripped off by some out of state vendor and end up paying more by the time you factor in shipping cost. I apreciate the speedy repair service i recieved when my lap top went down and i needed it back right away. Trust is the main word that comes to mind. I want a doctor, dentist, mechanic, or computer tech that I can trust and that is what I have found with Computer Central. I used their services for the first time many years ago, since then I've lived outside the area a lot and used other technology service providers (some good, some not so much) but I've never found a more trusted place to buy, service or get advice than the team at Computer Central. read more

The team here is *fantastic.* I tried to self-repair a fried video card and only mucked things up on my 4 year old computer. A couple days and a dropoff repair at Computer Central, a super reasonable bill, and a few parts all brought us to today-- when I can actually write a review on my own (significantly improved) desktop. Went in because my wife said they were reputable. Service started off good because all I needed was a new fan (hardware). Ordered and paid for the fan + service in advance. Suppose to take 1 to 2 weeks to get the fan in for the replacement. After payment was made I was requested to sign a disclaimer that the store was not responsible for operating system problems. I crossed off all the windows operating system disclaimer because there was no need to access the operating system. I had written that all the store was doing was changing the fan, the attendant said he could not accept this. I said no problem and asked for a refund. He then explained there was a re-stocking fee of $3 for something that had just been ordered within the last 5 minutes. What a joke this turned out to be, so I had just paid for service and fan that had not occurred and then refunded to have a restocking fee was BS. I asked if the store had a customer feedback site and he would not answer. I got my refund minus the $3 restocking fee. I tried to take a picture of the disclaimer that I had crossed out and signed and he would not let me and tore it out of my hands because it was store property and I said with my signature on it. Took my iPad into be repaired on 3/17/18 a Saturday and was told I would get a phone call Monday with A diagnosis of what was wrong with it and the price it would cost to fix it. No phone call 2 weeks later when I could finally get someone to answer me about it I was told it needed further testing and I would get call in the next few days. No call, went to go just pick it up because it had been long enough, it wasn't there and the person in the store was extremely rude. I called back a few days later to see if they had found it and was told they had. I went to pick it up and it was in pieces not at all what it looked like when I bought it in. Again, the person different than the last time was rude. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

My laptop computer ceased to turn on and after some inquiries it was determined that it would be best to just get a new one. I planned to go to a couple of the box stores to shop around, but since Computer Central was close by we stopped there first. I was impressed with their knowledge and help in determining to find one that fits my somewhat limited needs. I purchased one before leaving. There was a flaw in the internet connection which they readily fixed and installed a DVD drive that I needed to load some of my older programs. I have been getting products and custom made computers here for years.The staff is very friendy and know there stuff. There localy owned wich is something i like because i believe in owner owned and operated businesses. They always price match there products if you find the same thing cheaper some where else.Since the opening of there new location on cloverdale and overland they are open on saturdays. They do great job here which is why i send all my friends and family here for all there computer needs. read more

Epic Failure, I literally took my laptop there 3 times within a 2 week period and its still not running correctly. the last time I picked it up I informed the guy at the counter that I was a dissatisfied customer, all he had to say was OK. Thats what I got for $95. WTF? read more

I brought in my desktop computer (Gaming Computer) they didn't give me anytime to describe the problems they just took my computer and gave me a receipt then they called me 5 days later and asked me if I wanted 35$. Malware protection and I said yes. I picked my computer up the day after and payed 135$ took my computer home and then the problem was not fixed so basically I paid 135$ for malware protection. I just wish they would have payed more attention to me and the computer instead of assuming I am not a person who knows how diagnose the problems they treated me like I was a clueless child. I would suggest going to someplace that knows gaming computers and can fix complicated problems and that will listen to you. read more
