No real happy the replace the back glass on my iPhone I was ok with the failure to communicate with me on status unless I called or showed up to check on it. Was willing to let that go as he was really friendly and apologetic. less than a week later the back glass they installed shattered with no impact at all not real sure that with the cost of 225.00 if it is a workmanship or a quality issue. Really frustrating. read more

Was intending on walking into another idevice fixing company and happened to be on the wrong street. Im glad I had the mixup! Josh did a great job of taking care of fixing the charge port and button on my mom's iPad. I'm familiar with the process but just didn't have time. I'm glad I entrusted it to him! Great job! read more

I have gone to Joshua a few times. He is patient and VERY reasonably priced. He doesn't have an attitude if you're ignorant about simple Apple related issues. Honestly, I didn't expect to have a pleasant experience while fixing something that's broken! He even stayed late to help with Cloud problems. Take your devices to Joshua You'll be extremely satisfied. iPhone iPad & iToy Repair has earned my customer loyalty. read more

2nd time returning to this shop with different product and he explained everything to you. Honestly about part and price.

I've been here twice (over a year apart) and was not disappointed either time. Great price for great repairs. Josh is very friendly. He kept in constant communication updating me on my device and always made himself available. It was done really and my phone and iPad both still run smoothly after they were fixed. read more

After dropping and cracking my iPhone screen several times I checked Yelp for screen repair as the place I previously frequented had closed. I dropped off my iPhone 6s Plus, ran one quick errand, returned and picked up my repaired phone. Service was extremely quick, professional, very reasonable and friendly! The owner Josh also has some cool light fixtures that he makes on display! read more

Great service. Helped me repair a iPhone screen . Quick with a good price. I would recommend

As anyone with an iPhone knows, the moment anything goes wrong with it and you realize you're going to have to part with this small extension of your soul for even 5 minutes, your heart rate climbs into the thousands, your mouth becomes dryer than the Sahara, your hands start to feel as clammy as a fish market, and the full blown panic attack of all Apple-lovers-with-a-broken-device sets in as you prepare to drop between $160 (for a refurbished) to $300-800 (new, depending on whether it's time for you to upgrade your contract or not) to replace it since leaving it at the Apple store for 1-2 days to have it fixed just isn't going to work for your crazy-busy, multi-tasking oriented, Mac filled life. (If you don't know how this feels, consider yourself warned... It's pretty much the worst.) This panic set in for me a few days ago when I realized the power button on my phone was stuck pressed in -- as in I couldn't turn my screen off, and what's worse, couldn't turn off/restart my phone since I didn't have any way to turn it back on! Yep, you guessed it -- PANIC ATTACK! Enter iToy Repair -- A little unassuming office space at Maple & Nees with this geeked-out, chatty, super nice owner (who can actually *kind of* pull off a fedora...) surrounded by iPhones and other devices all taken apart and laying on the counter, who was able to fix my phone in the span of TWO HOURS for $65. Done. Barely enough time to start going through full-fledged iPhone withdrawal, and it was already back in my hands and working like new. While we were there dropping off/picking up my phone, a number of people came in with broken screens, which he also fixes... and then guarantees for A YEAR. One of the girls came in and he looked up at her and said, "you broke your screen again?" to which she replied, "no... my brother did it this time." Repeat customers -- so obviously I'm not the only one who thinks he does a good job, haha. Sounds like he also does iPods, iPads, some computer stuff, and other non-Apple touch tablets and phones. So when the inevitable happens and your addictive, incredible yet ridiculously fragile device decides to break/freeze/give you a panic attack, I would try here and see if they can help before gutting your wallet at the Apple store. read more

I would not recommend this place for any repairs as having bad experience here in the past with my device. This place made it worse which I had to pay out more money in the process elsewhere. read more

Terrible Service, They wont even Answer the phone and they Want you to text them. Might be a little hard when your trying to get your cell phone fixed and you only have a land line/ or have to use someone else's Phone, Owner is super smart for that one. Not Worth the Wasted time! read more

So my I phone 6 phone had water damage. The only thing that was wrong with it was I could not talk into the microphone. People could barely hear me when I talk to them through the phone. My speakerphone worked very well. So come to find out since the microphone is the same part as the charging port, I needed a entire charging port. I discovered that prior to coming to this business. So I called on a Saturday two hours before closing, and the representative told me that they can fix it. He initially told me it's $45 for diagnostics. That fee will go towards any maintenance. I asked for and approximate to change out the charging port, he told me another $50. So I went in right away. When I got there, he told me that it's $55 for a water damage diagnostic fee. Then to change the charging port would be another 75 or $80. No more than $150. Total out the door. I have hesitated and thought that was too expensive. He told me that they have to do a water damage diagnostic. Simply because I told him that I had water damage. Then when I said OK fine let's do that, he said he cannot do it today. I knew something was not right about this business. This little young kid was trying to scam me. And I did not look at the reviews prior to coming. I took my cell phone to a cell phone store across the street from Fresno State on Shaw. They changed my charging port for a total of $61. No diagnostics fee. And they changed it within 45 minutes. My phone is working properly now. People do your research before going to one place or another. I'm glad I did not spend the $150 at this location. I just saved myself so much money going elsewhere and him not wanting to do the job. I honestly believe this place is a rip off, scam, overpriced, especially when it comes to any iPhone. People need their phone nowadays, because it's a necessity. read more

I recently dropped my iPhone and the screen cracked (dough!). I heard about iToy Repair so I dropped by to get my phone checked out. I spoke with Josh, the owner, and after diagnosing the phone, luckily all I needed was a new screen. Josh then fixed my phone right in front me in like 20 minutes! He even gave me a free screen protector. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, iTouch is broken or acting up, I would definitely recommend taking it to iToy Repair. Great job Josh! Keep up the good work! read more

Josh was amazing! I came in to get my daughters cell phone screen replaced. My phone had moisture issues and I was going to trade it in to get a new one but Josh was able to recover it. I still ended up getting a new phone and brought it back to him to successfully transfer all my old information over to new phone. He took a lot of weight off my shoulders! I highly recommend this business! read more

I had a great experience here with Josh. I have an iPad 4 that worked great until I dropped it. I broke off the lightning charger in the port and the screen cracked. I called iToys and arranged a drop off time. Josh evaluated the problem and gave me an estimate for repairs. I had a timeline that I wanted my iPad back as I was headed out of town, which I communicated with Josh. He was able to fix my iPad in the time I had asked. Pricing is great, especially if you are looking at the cost of replacing your device. Josh is very professional and has integrity, which is important to me in people who I choose to give my business. I'll definitely go back if needed in the future. read more

I brought my iphone here twice over the last year, once for a broken screen and once because the sound quit working (I could only use the phone on speaker phone). Both times my phone was repaired within a relatively short amount of time for a reasonable price. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs repairs on an iPhone. read more

This business is a great place to get you iProducts repaired. Joshua was quick to return my texts regarding repair of a broken screen on my iPhone. In his repair quote, he offered many price point options for screen quality without trying to "upsale" me. He was kind and patient with my many questions regarding iProducts other than my broken screen. He had my phone up and back in my hands again in no time. Thanks Joshua! Since I live in a home with all Apple products, I'm sure you will be seeing me again....but fingers crossed I don't break anything else for a while! read more

I had trouble using my Apple ipad past few mos. I called the Apple Store, I went online to schedule for help--impossible. While I was reading their reviews which is a 0 in customer service. I found iPhone,iPad & iToy Repair onYelp with *****customer satisfaction. I called them yesterday, I spoke with AJ who told me to come in and I didn't need an appointment. Iwas in today, saw Josh the owner. He was amazing and in 15 min. he fixed my ipad problem easily, taught me about my ipad, and explained my android phone ring volume problem==I was holding my phone too tight when talking on it. Not only are they so knowledgeable, I felt important to them. Customer service the way it should be without all the grief. They are the best!! I am a customer for life. My experience with Apple so bad, I was going to purchase the I6, forget it! Thank you so much! read more

Broke my phone in the evening, Josh was able to repair the next day as well as swap out the home button which had been malfunctioning for months. Absolutely professional - cost exactly what he said it would plus he includes a warranty on his work which he emails you along with your receipt. Definitely would recommend without hesitation. read more

They repaired my daughter's iPhone 4s screen same day while I ran my errands. This was our second dealing with iToy Repair, a while after the first glass repair we had to take the still warrantied phone to apple for a battery issue, and the Apple Genius examined the phone and thought it was the original factory glass. I'm very pleased with the service, work quality, and price of the repair. Thanks for a job well done iToy Repair! With clumsy teens, I'm certain we'll be seeing you again! read more

These guys have always been great. I've gone to 5 or 6 different iOS repair places in Fresno over the years but I've stopped shopping around. They are fast and no surprises. With a 2,4,6, and 15 year old we break a lot of stuff. These guys make it much less painful. read more

Came in today and met with the bald guy at the front, Josh, who as it turns out to be the owner of this fine establishment. He is professional and a genuinely nice guy. Tends to be very thorough with questions and answers. My iPad mini is needing screen replacement and cosmetic repair. Josh explained what was needing to be done and what the total cost would be. He gave a fair price; a price that I could agree on and be happy with as well. Thanks josh; it was great to meet and speak with you, I will be back if unfortunate events occur again! read more

Have an iPhone 6S+ with a power contact issue which Josh said could be something he could repair for $45-$65; I took the phone to his shop; he fixed the problem within minutes at the lowest price he had quoted. I had bought and put in a tempered glass screen protector on my new iPhone 6 by them. Their customer service is great. Although the place is small, it gives a home-like feeling to it. They simply fix whatever we bring in to perfection and so needless to say, it was a great visit. read more

This place ripped me off they charged me $168 dollars. Stole the metal plate in my phone telling me it wasn't a big deal. But Brayan's repair gave me a plate for free and only cost $120. When this guy tried to charge me an extra $20. Don't go here. It's a scam. read more

I took my iPhone 6 Plus to iToy Repair after I had the replaced at Batteries Plus Bulbs. After I got my phone back from Batteries Plus Blubs, Siri and front facing camera microphone did not work. I took it back to Batteries Plus Bulbs within the warranty period and the technician indicated he could not do anything for me after he looked at it. iToy Repair was able to correct the issue. Josh Lopez was timely and professional. I definitely would recommend taking your Apple products to iToy Repair. read more

I took my girlfriend's Samsung in to get the screen repaired, because it was cracked and did not work. He said specifically he could get a factory standard screen that would fit like it should. I ended up paying about $140 for a sub standard screen, and i guess he didn't install it properly because half of it is lifted off, which stops the back and home buttons from working at times. I was glad he could get the phone working again, but the only reason I decided to fix the phone was because he promised he could get a good screen. Should have saved my money and just bought a new phone read more

I came in after two failed attempts to fix my phone at the Apple Store (Apple Genius? ...umm, yeah...). I was hesitant to come in as I've always thought of this industry as somewhat shady. I believe the gentleman I met was Josh and he quickly earned my trust. This guy is the silver lining to your broken iPhones and iPads. I hope it's a while before I see him again, but I won't hesitate taking my iToys to him next time they need repair. read more

Josh went the xtra mile on a recent repair...really very happy with this place... they never let me down!

Dishonest. I understand mistakes are sometimes made but since when has the customer been responsible for paying for them. I took my iPad in for repairs and the price changed twice. Once as a result of not charging for an added service and again for under charging for that service. I agreed to the service because it beat out the competitor, but now it just looks like dishonest business practices to get people in the door. Get everyone there on the right page and don't make customers responsible for your miscalculations. The repair was done well, but now I it appears I could have saved money and the feeling of distrust by going with someone else. So save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more
