He fixed my email client that had not for several days delivered my emails to me from my old server. Lastly he helped me find an ethernet over power line product that allowed me to connect to my printer in another room without using WiFi. Nonetheless, he connected me with them as his "go to" laptop team, and after a few minutes on the phone with Leslie I knew I was in good hands. They picked up my laptop from my house, Garrett performed a heroic deep clean, and--miracle of miracles--the motherboard survived! Only the keyboard needed replacing and they put in the order for me. Meanwhile, Garrett returned the laptop personally so I could keep working with an external keyboard and reassured me that my laptop was going to be as good as new once the new keyboard was installed. When it arrived, I got a call and they worked around my schedule, picked it up on a Saturday morning, and delivered it fully repaired that same afternoon--ahead of schedule. Professional, friendly, patient, and downright magical--Garrett and Leslie are the tech superheroes you hope to find when disaster strikes.
