Meanwhile, Garrett returned the laptop personally so I could keep working with an external keyboard and reassured me that my laptop was going to be as good as new once the new keyboard was installed. When it arrived, I got a call and they worked around my schedule, picked it up on a Saturday morning, and delivered it fully repaired that same afternoon--ahead of schedule.
