No matter what the scope of the project or the size of your budget they are top notch in attention to detail, work outcome and customer support. Maitland's team which includes his wife Katie (who Maitland says is the 'brains of the operation') and Dave and Joe were shining star examples of the principal "quality first" in their work. We had a most disappointing experience with the General Contractor and many of the subs he hired to build this house who had to come back multiple times to fix their errors. This is our fourth custom home build in the last 25 years but our first in Idaho.
