After reading all of Noah's great reviews, I called him and made an appointment to install a new email server and fix two other problems I was having with my computer. He arrived on a weekend day. I was grateful to find help on a weekend day! After discussing different email servers that he thought would provide me with what I wanted, I decided on Proton Plus with no ads which he promptly installed. He fixed my email client that had not for several days delivered my emails to me from my old server. Lastly he helped me find an ethernet over power line product that allowed me to connect to my printer in another room without using WiFi. If you are a senior citizen who is computer challenged, you need to call Noah when you have a computer problem. Just had Noah come out to our home today to install a mesh network and help get my structured panel connected with all of the room data connections. Of course we quickly found out that the room wall decora plates had the RJ45 connections inserts but.....the cable in the wall had never been terminated to them. Noah (and his incredible trusty employee!) didn't hesitate to "tone" out all the data cables, ensure that they were able to get them all connected and then helped me to get the modem's WiFi turned off and got the mesh network repeaters all engaged and voila!.....I now have a much better and more robust WiFi network throughout my home! We had an older computer we were going to recycle, because it was deformed, full of viruses and very loud and hot! I did some research and found out a lot of those issues may have been related to the battery, which I did not want to deal with. I also don't know anything about getting rid of viruses, so I called Noah. He told me he was busy but that he could help me if I could wait a bit. He didn't even need to say that, because I felt like a priority. He ordered me a new battery, installed it, removed malware, and installed an anti-virus program, communicating with me and sending me updates and photos the whole time. I had the great pleasure of meeting Noah Pritikin about a week ago, when I was facing a total shutdown of my computer. I woke in the morning facing the gray screen of death, with the apple logo and a computer that refused to open. I tried everything that I could think of to fix the problem. I thought for sure that my 10 year old IMac would have to be totally replaced--something that I should actually do but I was hoping to put off for another year. I was real concerned about 10 years of photos and financial info and whether my external backup had survived. I did not want to go with the local Mac store primarily because of the very adverse reviews that they have received. Then I found Noah's website. He very promptly responded. He even came to my house to pick the computer up. Within 24 hours he had the problem analyzed and fixed.
