I got two awesome portions of brocolli. Steamed and garlic butter. It looked hearty! I'm not gonna lie, my salmon was good but it looked like it was cooked in the microwave. It could have been baked but there were no markings on the salmon from the oven. The glaze just sat on top, it didn't thicken from being cooked or broiled. It was just poured on top. The steamed broccoli was steamed broccoli. The garlic butter broccoli was decent. No butter taste really and jarlic was used. A little salt on the brocolli helped. But I will be asking for a side of butter next time. Your girl loves the butter with the brocolli! I polished off my salmon. It was a decent piece of fish considering it's coming from a burger joint. Overall, today's lunch was fun. Service was great. I grew up going to Red Robin with my friends in high school. Grabbing lunch at the other location after shopping at the mall. Heading to the downtown location for wings and beer. I have so many fond memories with Red Robin. It was neat being able to start new memories with my nephew. It has been 10 months since my wife got very sick from an undercooked burger served at this location. She developed gastroenteritis caused by Campilobacter and Cryptosporidium infections. It took 4 1/2 weeks to recover from the diarrhea and nausea. We reported it to the Meridian store manager and never heard a word of concern. We have also has gray cooked burgers at the Town mall RR location Red Robin's struggle to get good kitchen staff should not put diners' health at risk. We realey enjoy Longhorn Steakhouse. Amazing burger and fries for $10.99 before 3 pm and $14.99 after 3pm.
