Jacob arrived on time, masked and ready to go to work. After a few minutes at the computer checking my email issue he determined the the problem was with Hotmail and it might be wise to switch to Gmail. He set up a forwarding link, sent an email to check that it was working and checked out a few things in the transfer. His professional skills and his comfortable, easy going manner made the whole experience pleasant, especially since I am not tech savvy at all. The first keyboard they put in was a dud, and they took my computer back and got a replacement for no extra charge and got it back to me the next day. On top of it, James did a bunch of updates for me and my computer is running so much faster and I can actually type! The whole team did a great job with communicating me via phone and email every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend this place. If I ever need anything done, I know where I'll be going!!!
