I went to a couple of bigger name computer repair sources and they both said essentially:: "For ____, we can look at your problem. Then for ___ we can try to transfer your hard drive data, but it sounds like you'll probably lose everything. Then for ___ we'll replace your OS, which means you'll have to re-install all your programs as well as any lost files. Did we say you'll lose everything? Oh, and it'll be 3-5 days." I called Greg at Comtek and we arranged to meet so I could give him my hard drive. He called THAT SAME EVENING with the good news that he was able to repair the hard drive issues and link me back up with Google Drive. He even copied the file I needed onto a disk. That kind of service is why I'll call Comtek first from now on.

I took it to cpr Meridian, and they fixed my phone in 2 hours charging me half what Forge Corners did. The CPR tech said, my phone was dirty, no corrosion had been cleaned, and nothing had been touched. Hence it only took a short time to fix, ie clean up the corrosion from the water damage. The response from Forge Corners? "...that's unfortunate..." "...our policy...."

They provided the worst customer service experience I have ever received…read more I've been a avid customer for almost 30 years. ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY AGAIN! Over the last 3 days I've purchased 7 items from Best buy online, all black Friday deals, all with my best buy credit card. Most of the item were in store pick ups. I hadn't picked any of it up. Only one item had a payment plan of 12 month 0% financing. I called customer service to ask if they could consolidate the other 6 purchases to exceed the $499 and get the 18 month 0% financing. The foreign agent misunderstood and canceled all purchases. Unfortunately the item with the 12 month financing was no longer on sale for $299 but now was $524. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours and they were never able to fix there mistake.
