Not only did he no show-no call, when I called to inquire about his whereabouts or needing to reschedule again, he didn't answer, didn't call back to my voice mail inquiry, nor the text message OR the email follow-up. I understand that my job was just an installation and not selling me stuff on top, and as such it might have been small potatoes for his company. If he didn't want my business or was otherwise too busy I'd have understood but it's been a week now with no follow up, no explanation, and no follow up. He was supposed to call about coming back that night or the next day... but then never texted and didn't respond to texts. We eventually bought another television mount and hired someone else.
