Must read!! This was the worst customer service and business owner/employee I had ever encountered in my life. This owner was rude, inconsiderate from the get go. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. Gave him my tablet to diagnose. He said he was busy and may take a few days. I said no problem. We then exchange numbers and gave me a receipt with a date to call him back. If he didnt contact us beforehand. Few days pass. It's now Wednesday. No call back. I call. No answer. Voicemail full. He return the call back to me. I answer. Very rudely he ask "who's this "I stated my name and the product i dropped off. He said "oh ya" havent gotten to it yet. I said ok. Do u know when?He said give him another day or two. I said ok. Few days pass. It's now Friday I've tried calling several times in a 3 hour window. Nobody ever answered. Voicemail was full. About an hour later I get a phone call from him. I was busy and figured he would leave a voicemail stating his name and reason for calling. Nope never left a voicemail. So I called him back. He asked who it was. I stated my name and product. Again, he says "oh ya". Havent gotten around to it. I said u serious u havent even tried to open it and diagnose it. He stayed. Nope. U can come get it. Or leave it until he could get to it. I said I'll come get it and hung up. He was rude and intimidating as soon as he noticed whom I was. Like he had something against me from the start.
Last but not least. We both exchanged words towards another. He was blaming me. For being vulgar and bothering him. Only made the calls on Wednesday and Friday. Which was my right to know what the status of my tablet was at. He called me names like Chump. Told me to f*** off and get r= of his store. He grabbed my tablet and slammed it down on the glass counter top. I grabbed my things and started walking out the door. He then stated "what" u wanna take it outside? I just kept walking out, and towards my car. He then stepped outside of the front door to his business. With his arms flailing in the air, saying "what now" huh, "what now" "what ". Gesturing to throw down and fight. By that time I was in my car driving off the parking lot. Honking my car horn and flipping him off as I drove off. Feeling angry, bullied, intimidated, harrased, and on and on. Wtf! Kinda business owner treats any individual the way this owner did to me should never deserve to have a licensed business again. This owner is a menace to the community and surrounding business around him. I recommend everyone to go some place elsewhere. What a horrible experience this turned out to be. I'm still without a working tablet and wasted my time, breath, gas. All because of a inconsiderate, asshole. Who couldn't get the job done. Not the Best in town. The worst in town.
