These guys were reasonable and quick, my ps5 had a broken HDMI port which they fixed! Thanks guys for the awesome service. PlayStation would have taken longer and would have been more pricy. read more

Female employee is rude and does not take accountability for her mistakes. This place likes to attempt to charge for stuff they broke. 0/10 DO NOT recommend read more

Honestly it was great when i talked to the first guy when i initially came in because of yk computer but after that is where it all fell apart. He told me Wednesday at the latest then after calling multiple times and no answer I call one more time and I get told the next day. After that i called 5 times more and no answer. I came in since they said it will be done today then I get in and this rude girl tells me to calm down and says they have texted me when i have not gotten a text, even then they could've emailed me but no i have to come in since they don't answer the phone. After that explains how the case supplies the mother board with power and i need a new case and motherboard. This place sucks, just overall. read more

Buyer beware. Take it here at your on risk. RUDE female employee. Refuses to take accountability for her mistakes!!! My son broke his USB charging port. He had NO OTHER ISSUES. We brought it in at 1% battery life. My husband, myself, and my son can all attest that there was NOTHING wrong with his speaker prior to them getting their hands on his galaxy tab A. We picked it up today and let it charge and his speaker makes a static noise. We took it back in and the employee said she can charge me 60 for a diagnostic. Because we brought it in at 1% they could not check functionality at check in. I told her there was NOTHING wrong with the speaker. I called my husband and let him verify with her that his speaker was WORKING prior to her touching it. All she had to do was take it apart to verify the speaker was in fact connected since I cant do that. She said best she can do is charge 40 for diagnostic. WHY WOULD I PAY YOU FOR BREAKING MY SONS SPEAKER??? She walked away from the front desk and refused to assist any further. I called corporate and now we wait for a remedy. Update to follow. What a joke this is. read more

It sounds frustrating that the screen protector lifted and you're being charged for a replacement, especially when you feel the issue was due to the placement. It's disappointing when a company doesn't stand behind their product when issues like this arise, particularly within a reasonable timeframe. It makes sense that you'd feel they should honor the replacement even if it's four days later. If the screen isn't damaged and it's just the adhesive or seal that's been compromised (resulting in the bubbles), the issue could still be linked to a manufacturing defect. Since it's not physically damaged, it seems reasonable to ask for a replacement or resolution, especially if the problem started shortly after purchase. read more

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL: The staff was very rude and unprofessional SLOW SERVICE: They do not follow through on the time frame it takes to fix your item. Expect additional delays. I DO NOT RECOMMEND: My experience here has been very negative and would not recommend my family and friends to use their service. MISLEADING: they sell you on the insurance stating they will replace items if they are not fixable, but fail to disclose that you have to be in the program for 31 days prior for this to apply. They then call you a lier when you point out that you where never told that. Save your money. I AM NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES AND WILL CANCEL MY INSURANCE WITH THEM. read more

Fast service and knowledgable staff helped me take care of wood all my needs and concerns. thanks again

0 stars!! ripped off my son after telling him diagnostic was FREE!! charged 65 and said could not do repairs!! hdmi was completely missing upon return! Do NOT GO HERE!! read more

There is a blond woman there who is just the rudest, and most unfriendly demeanor and she's been there a long time and is never different. She'll straight up call you a liar to your face if she doesn't like the explanation you give. There is just no going to this place while she's there. Go to Meridian maybe they have someone who'll actually treat you like a human. read more

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I war told an ipad I dropped off would be done in a week. After 4 weeks and no update, I called. The manager was beyond rude and acted like it was my fault they hadn't fixed it. Ultimately, they never repaired it. Said it was beyond fixing. When I picked it up, it looked like they had broken it beyond repair. The "I fix" apparently isn't part of their goal. read more

Worst customer service. Went in for my PlayStation to be cleaned and it came back not reading discs anymore. Employee says she can prove it worked when it left their building but refuses to actually show that's the case because proof is "internal". She was berating another customer when I first came in and that should have been enough of a red flag. She was equally disparaging in her remarks to me as well. Do not recommend these "experts". Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Ryan was amazing fixed my phone very happy with the service and had it done in no time . Would recommend this store to everyone..5

The federal way location suggested my daughter take her phone to this location for a repair. They had the parts but refused to repair the device because she's not 18. Very upsetting as other locations have never said this was policy before. We've been very loyal customers but may discontinue being loyal. Complete waste of 2 hours in the car for no service. read more

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Did exactly what they said and work was done on time. I will bring more business back when. Am ready to change my batteries out on n my ipads. Cheaper than replacing the items right now. Thank you for your help! read more

I had an iPhone 13 Pro Max sent in to get the back glass repaired. There were no issues with the phone whatsoever, other than the damaged back. After the service was completed, I asked Janine if they could clean the phone off because it had residue on it. When they took it back, I overheard them on the phone discussing a "big problem." It turns out my phone was damaged during the process and went into a boot loop, but I was never informed about it. Even after it was recovered, the boot loop issue persisted. I brought it back for additional repairs, but the problem persisted. After the fourth time bringing it in, my phone was sent to specialists who claimed there was nothing wrong with it and blamed faulty chargers for the issues. Another company later assessed my phone and found that the back was not properly sealed and was susceptible to water damage, and the charging port was fried. I am frustrated with UBreakIFix's poor repair job, the damage they caused to my phone, and the dishonesty throughout the entire process. They denied my request for a repair or refund. read more

uBreakiFix - Electronics Repair Near Me - Nampa, Idaho

Husband went in because his screen cover had slid across the screen and was no longer lined up. The rep was very rude and said she didnt have all day to look up his account information. Very snippity and just plain rude. This was at the Nampa location on Merchant Way this morning 8/4/23. read more

Ryan "helped" me. He was incessantly rude and demeaning when we spoke. They charge ridiculous prices, and when I came in with a discount code for 10% off he refused and only took $10 off a $350+ bill. When I came in to get my phone he came around the corner with it already on, unlocked, and in settings. Then went to the back out of site with my phone unlocked and open for 5 minutes where he can access passwords, banking info, and much more. I feel cheated, scammed, and my privacy has been violated. Go somewhere else! read more

Went to this location a second time. My spouse called to ask about pickup and they got grumpy with her for asking. She didn't realize she was a day early. When i received the iPad it seemed to work well. Shortly after, l realized the home button was much harder to press than it was before and the touch screen did not work down the middle. My second experience was not good. read more

I was having problems hearing through the earpiece speaker on my out of warranty iPhone XR. uBreakiFix ordered and installed the new speaker, and now my iPhone works great. I brought my laptop to get the screen fixed and they kept it for 2 WEEKS without saying anything to me finally my husband called and they told us it would be $270 to fix the cracked screen. 0 stars if possible. avoid at all costs... scam artists. tried to steal my phone. 8 days with them and never repaired. called corporate and they couldn't find my phone. randomly walked in and found them closing shop. never called to tell me... avoid at all costs, even if Samsung sends you there for repairs. read more

I recommend this place highly! Thankful we had phone insurance, so the screen replacement only cost us a $29 deductible. We brought it to them and it only took 1.5 hrs to repair! Great service, very friendly, and know what they're doing! read more

Horrible and rude. Don't go to Nampa site by hospital I have used them several times and each time I have left with a sour taste in my mouth, but I am easy going so whatever I understand to a point. The time before this last time I went in for a repair I was treated like I was stupid and the man kept claiming policies and rules that I know aren't real as I talked to another person at another store about it after to verify. But again im easy going, I had previously repaired said phone through another place and they did a bad job so ubreaki fix said even when they fixed and changed literally everything on it that it wasn't covered by them, okay thats fine sure odd but sure. so got my phone back but the screen was acting glitchy and there was a rattle but it would still work I had just spent about 500 and was over it at that point so I let it be. Fast forward a few weeks and nothing works and I have to be in salt lake for chemo in a few days so I need it to work so I take it back today talk to the rude guy from last time and just ask hey could something be loose can you pop it open and just check. The lady with all the face piercings and colored hair comes out from the back and gets irritable and loud I ask her whys she's being so loud I was told she was a cheerleader and loud and to deal with it and now thats not exaggerated thats word for word what she said then she starts half yelling saying it wouldn't be covered it wasn't there issue and i was told that before, then re explained what I was already told like I was stupid all the while im trying to explain im not blaming anyone I understand about the warranty and the bad repair from the other place and I just was trying to see what I could do and was letting them know the back glass wasn't even sealed and there was a rattle etc. Another customer came in and she went to them thank goodness. I finished with the guy when I asked for her name he got attitude and when I mentioned the attitude and her being loud he matter of fact told me she could do whatever she wanted. There needs to be training done on how to talk\deal with customers and issues, every time I go in they treat whoever they are talking to horribly and just have bad attitudes. read more

Don't get your electricians fixed here. Super expensive!! Wanted to charge me 500+ for a job that cost me $160 with apple..

I broke my screen on my old iPhone 7 Plus at the vet office and immediately rushed it to uBreakiFix after getting a quote online. I thought the $99.99 price was a bit high but was kind of expecting it to be. I was relieved they took walk ins and was expecting a 4 hour turnaround but they had it done in 2.5. During device pick up I was testing out the phone and we discovered an additional issue with the proximity sensor. I chose to wait around while they did some troubleshooting instead of going back home but the employees were very polite, considerate and accommodating. Unfortunately they had to order the part but luckily I could take my otherwise functioning phone home while I waited. I received communications that my part was in the following day and once I brought it back in they took care of the repair within a couple more hours. At no extra charge! I'm very pleased with the repair work and it's comforting to know they warranty their work just in case. Everyone I spoke with there was knowledgeable and wonderful. I highly recommend to others and I will probably return with some other devices in the future! read more

Scam artist - very disrespectful towards seniors. I made an online appointment for 10 a.m. and waited in line for 10 minutes. Finally I held up my appointment and the female employee said "the appointment is only for parts". Worst customer service and I will never do business here. Manager absent and this place is sickening. Take your business elsewhere folks! 2 other people rushed into the store before me - even though I was there first! Wow! read more

Originally went in for a broken glass screen on an ipad mini. Was called and told the screen couldn't be fixed without replacing the home button. I agreed to have a home button ordered and replaced for an additional cost. After waiting almost 2 weeks, the ipad was ready. The day after getting the ipad back, the home button became difficult to push down without extra pressure. This resulted in the lcd screen to become damaged causing lines up the middle of the screen. I was told there was a 90 day warranty so I took the ipad back. I was called another day being told they would not cover the screen because it was considered an accident but they could replace for a couple hundred bucks. So I paid extra for a part I didn't take it in for orginally and now have a damaged screen again. Will never go back or recommend. read more
