I dropped in to have my iPhone repaired. First, the quote they gave me I found to be pretty reasonable. It was a charging issues and was going to be more complicated than a screen repair. However, the woman working behind the counter took my phone and cleaned out the charging port. Well for the price of $0 she got me squared away! Gotta love working with an honest company. I would warn against this business for iPhone repair-- mine needed a new battery, which they said they could handle. They didn't mention that they don't use Apple batteries so your phone won't recognize the new one. The battery itself works but the phone does weird things-- I returned to see if they could either reinstall it or make it work better, but they had no idea and don't give refunds for batteries. I took the phone to Apple and the screws had been stripped so the phone was irreparable and I had to buy a new one. Thanks a lot, 360- if you can't do it right, just say so!! read more

He could have sold me on fixing my phone because it wasn't charging, but instead he let me know how to clean the charging port and didn't charge me any money. Will do business with these guys at the drop of a hat. They came through with flying colors. It didn't all start out smooth, I was at another store and had the LCD replaced on my SG Note3. When I got my phone back, the button to start the screen was loose and the guys didn't know how to repair it. They referred me over to the Meridian store where their specialist, Hung, looked it over and made some command decisions. The LCD screen was replaced again at their expense and the button I was concerned about was working as it should. The story doesn't end there though. When I had brought it back the first time and Hung went to open it up, a part inside snagged and took out other pertinent parts (think motherboard) and things rapidly declined. The manager/ sales rep had to come and tell me that I was not going to get my phone back in another ten minutes (though he didn't say it like that). He was very apologetic and, having been in business for the past 25 years, I know that sometimes things happen. I left that day without my phone but assured that all would be taken care of and when I got it back it would be as brand new with Verizon parts and all. Hung placed a priority on the phone being fixed and after having to rush a motherboard or whatever the part was and to upload all of my files, by noon the next day my phone was once again, perfect. Sometimes things don't always go well and people don't understand the complexities that come along with a process...such as the techie phones we all carry. I would say to the consumer who is at a huge loss because their phone is down, take it to the 360 Wireless store in Meridian and breathe...let them do their thing and don't get all flustered. Things don't always go perfect the first time and the truth of the matter is that instead of getting angry with them, take better care to not have to visit them in the first place. Since I got my phone back I have accidentally dropped it two more times...Luckily Hung and the manager/sales rep had given me a screen protector for the inconvenience of coming back and forth and thoughtfully suggested the Otter box. Poor customer service and overall an unorganized store in meridian. Be aware that if you do purchase anything the sales guy will tell you that there is no refunds and if they do give you a refund be prepared to pay 20% restocking fee. What got me irate was how I was treated as a customer, I felt as if they would rather make a sell of any kind rather than fixing the overall issue. Potentially I may have had a bad experience but if I wanted to return an item I wish they had disclosed information about all sales being final rather than having a sneaky sign behind the counter stating their policies. DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM HERE!!!!!! Read this whole thing, I promise you it is worth it. This place has great deals on cases and replacing screens, HOWEVER never buy a phone from here. They are professional scammers that make you think that you are getting a good deal on a great phone. I traded in my phone for a iphone 6 and the staff at the time was nice. After FOUR days the entire screen stopped working and you could not use the phone at all. I took the phone in to see if I could just switch it out and they wanted to clean it first to see what the issue was. I came back and they said it had severe water corrosion. I found this to be impossible seeing as though I literally had the phone for FOUR DAYS! I never had my phone anywhere near water.. not even in the same room with me while I showered due to a previous phone getting steam damage. They said they check every phone before they sell them for water damage so it was my fault and my contract with them was now void. The staff in this time I was being told this, was very condescending and rude to me to the point where I about screamed at them. They offered to replace the screen for cost and I refused due to lack of funds. ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY and my phone yet again decides to quit working. I took it into another store and they told me the exact same thing, in the time I was waiting for my phone, I heard the employees tell two different customers the exact same speech they gave me. I also went to the apple store where I told them my story and they said they keep hearing the same thing time and time again about how this place sells broken phones and sometimes phones with FAKE BATTERIES in them. I am beyond livid that I spent my money here and now I get to spend another several hundred dollars to get a phone that will actually work. They may be great at other things there, but their sales integrity and honesty is beyond awful. BBB needs to know how awful this place is and how they are scamming people out of their money. read more

This has been some of the WORST customer service I have ever received. They told me along with the purchase of my iPhone 7 that they would also give me the adapter for headphones, along with a seperate pair of headphone that wouldn't need the adapter. Since they didn't have them in the store at the time, they said they would order them for me. First off they were not in there when they told me they would be, then once the adapter came in they gave that to me and it worked great. But multiple time I have called in to see if the headphones were in and they kept telling me that they weren't and that they were still ordering them. Over 3 weeks later I still haven't received the headphones. Its like they are playing this game with me to see how ticked off I can get. If they weren't able to order the headphones they would have been better off to just tell me, rather than playing around with me for 3 weeks, and wasting me time of driving over to the store when they say its in but its not. I've never been so frustrated with customer service before!!! read more
