First a little background information... I have a spine injury that thankfully allows me to walk but not very much before it's extremely painful and I can no longer feel my feet or legs. Just prior to walking in I had used up all my "good back" Time in an unsuccessful attempt to buy some thing at Winco. I walked in hot, crabby and in pain. I thought I would be able to get in and out in a snap since it was just a battery for my new phone and I brought the battery with me. I was told it would be about an hour because there were three repairs ahead of me. I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it an hour. I decided to leave knowing that I wouldn't be able to return for quite some time since I'm having my back worked on in a week or so. The employer owner (I don't know which it was) apologized and as I was in my car getting ready to leave he came up and said he called the customer prior to me and they were willing to wait. Talk about going the extra mile! I don't think I have ever had that happen before. So I returned to the store got comfortable waiting for the phone and I don't think it was even five minutes before the battery was in and ready to go. It sure as heck beat the long wait at an Apple Store! Wait. Did I mention Apple store? Well, I have an old phone and have no need of a new one but the Apple store charges more than twice the price and requires you to go through a lot of machinations before they will even work on it. Ok fixitpro is EXTREMELY BAD first off I went to fix my daughters Ipad/tablet and they did fix it but after a week it stopped working, and i emailed support and they said "No, Sorrry we cant give your money back." and i had to complain a lot just to get my money back. Went to get my phone repaired and was great for a day and then stopped working completely after a couple days. Went in and they said it wasn't their policy to do refunds so I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting while they tried to reverse the damage done with no avail just because they didn't want to have to give me my money back. The boy working there was very nice and understanding but unfortunately that didn't matter when it came to the actual process of getting my phone repaired. Accidents can happen when they do, the financial damage can be daunting. Even with damage insurance that has declining deductible, it can still be $149.99 to replace your phone. While there are some DIY kits on the internet, they can be complicated and may leave you with more of a mess than what you had previously. Then there are 'those' places at the Mall. Sure I was skeptical, who wouldn't be right? The names and the faces change all the time. How do you trust someone to do the right job and feel comfortable. Well, I now have the answer. I stopped by and spoke with Irena on Friday night. She was friendly and helped guide me through the onslaught of questions that I had. We returned the next day to a young man who was in middle of doing a repair. He was also very nice, Hannan, he greeted us and provided with a quote and time-frame. My daughter's iPhone 4S had a significant crack or two running through the front screen. He said he would be willing to replace the screen within 30 minutes. We did some shopping and returned to the FixitPro kiosk and he had completed the work as promised. The work done was excellent and professional. The end price was $63 with tax. The FixitPro Kiosk on the lower level by the kid's playground is highly recommended. read more

Wish I would have listened to the reviews I read before hand! If I could leave 0 stars I would. The employees here are extremely rude. I came to get my phone screen replaced and the screen they put on made the touch screen on my phone not for properly. They changed their pricing and tried to charge me more and were extremely difficult in the process. Apple is less expensive and doesn't use poor quality screens. Very disrespectful. Will never go to them again and the blonde employee should not be employed there or anywhere for that matter. read more

Go somewhere else to get this done. I went in to replace the screen on my iPhone 5S and they did that for me, sure, but the guy broke the Touch ID sensor in the process and put on a non-Apple third party screen that put a noticeably larger drain on my battery. What's worse, he refused to admit to breaking the sensor when I confronted him about it (it was working up until I handed it to him and I noticed it was broken as soon as he handed it back) and kept giving me these shoddy explanations for what went wrong and how to fix it, completely refusing to refund my money. I eventually had to just go to Apple and pay them to replace the whole display including the home button to fix the Touch ID sensor. Even though the kiosk manager for FixItPro said he would pay for any charges Apple gave me for fixing the Touch ID that he had broken, he changed his tune as soon as I came back with the $129 repair bill, giving some bull excuse for why; "you didn't do what I told you." I had to argue with the idiot for another twenty minutes before his friend at the register just called me over and refunded the original price of the screen replacement I had gotten there. The manager swore and talked smack about Apple, too. Very unpleasant guy. I'm thinking I'll just stick with Apple's technicians if I want to get stuff like this done in the future. Terrible experience with this company. It took them a month and a half to fix my two phones and then they told me that one of them could not be fixed. All they could tell me sorry and offer nothing else. After speaking to the manager, they were finally able to fix that phone, but it took them almost two months! My son's phone was one of the phones being fixed but he was grounded from it and was not able to use it. About two months after getting it back, he picked it up from the kitchen counter one day to check something and the screen flickered and went dark. Mind you, he had not used it for anything else. I took it in to use the lifetime warranty and the company refuses to stand behind the warranty because they said there is a crack in the LCD. How? How would a crack get in there if my son can't even use it? We have a glass screen protector on it but yet it isn't cracked and neither is the screen itself. How do you get a crack in the LCD without even using the phone? They told me that I would have to pay again to have it fixed and offered no help or anything. The people are all nice, but have no concept of customer service. They offered a "sorry" but nothing else. If I took a month and a half to do something that they originally told me would take 4-5 days, I would offer them a discount or something of value to help make things right and keep a customer. Instead, all they did was make me pay the full price. In my opinion, do NOT do business with them. I did not find that they stand behind their product. read more

They originally quoted me $50 to repair the cracked glass on my daughters S4 Galaxy. The DIY repair kits sell for less than $15 on ebay so that sounded fair to me but when my daughter and I met at the mall the price had gone up to $95. We decided to go for it since we were already there and had it done while we went to lunch. By the next day a bubble formed in the middle of the screen and before we get back to the mall the new glass cracked. The Fixitpro people refused to honor the warranty offering to do it again for $75. These people are overpriced, use substandard replacement parts and don't honor their warranty. read more

Don't bring your iPhone here. I had a crack in my screen, and my husband noticed that screen they put in wasn't fitting properly. The new screen was not rounded, so it stuck out a bit. The blonde lady that worked there insisted that it's supposed to look like that, and showed us her phone which looked the same. She must have changed here out as well. As we were arguing back and forth my phone started to flicker. She replaces it with another one of their screens, and again it fit the same. Needless to say My broken screen fit back perfectly. There was no weird tiny gap and the glass didn't stick up from the bottom of the phone. She broke my button in the process, but the other lady working there glued it in place. Unfortunately after that ordeal we found out that the Apple Store fixes iPhone screens for the exact same price. read more

This is kind of a mixed review. They couldn't actually fix my phone. It's an iPhone 7 and I totally decimated the screen. Everything else was functioning fine though. Jeremy quoted me 10 minutes and $80 to fix it. Well it took him an hour and a half to decide he couldn't fix it. The first two phone screens were defective and then after the second one worked and the phone turned on he discovered the home button wasn't working. He was very professional, admitted he couldn't fix it apologized and didn't charge me anything. They put my old broken screen on and sent me to apple. I decided to wait to go to apple until the next day because I was late to work. Over the next couple of hours I discovered something was wrong with my battery life, my selfie camera and I could no longer sign into my itunes account. The phone was running slow and was all around a piece of shit. I took it to apple they couldn't fix it but they did replace it for the quoted $150 repair price. Long story short Fixitpro really messed up my phone but Jeremy was quite professional so that's why I gave them the 5 stars. read more

People there are fine and they're fast. Problem is... this is the third time I've had to return my phone to them to "fix" in a month... they replaced my broken screen, then a portion of it was not responding to touch, then they "fixed" it and again it seemed to work for a week then the icons and lock screen would not respond 100% of the time to touch as well as swiping text was not at all working. Third times a charm right... WRONG! My phone is trashed. I took two text messages and two phone calls, now the screen freaked out, changed to a pink color then went pixilated green... and now it's a black screen of death. They take your parts and sell you your own parts for repair as well. Very unprofessional!! When I Called to inform them of my defects, not only did the employee curse me out, but the manager as well. They fixed my ipod 4 screen (32 gig), but broke the speaker. I was on vacation and they couldn't get it fixed in time before I left so offered to give me another ipod 4 (8 gig). I decided I would fix the ipod somewhere else at my home and took the other ipod as a Christmas gift for my son. I returned from vacation and a week later I got the white screen of death on both of them and both screens were popping up. When I took it to the repair shop here they checked them out and wouldn't touch them because they had been so messed up. FixitPro broke the bracket on my ipod that holds the screen on and he said there must be going on because a reset did not get rid of the white screen. My son's (the one they gave us) not only had the same problem, but also had a broken thing that goes around the glass that is not fixable. Now we are out both ipods after paying for a fix that did not work. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! read more
