The job took a tad longer than anticipated but it was more due to our need to have cables ran in exterior walls so RT had to deal with insulation and bracing to what is normally a straightforward job. He cleaned up after himself left us contact information for a drywall expert who patched up some of the holes needed to get the cables where they needed to go.

Customer service has always been friendly and everyone goes over and above. Today, especially, we had to follow up on a warranty issue with our phone screen protectors. The Best Buy "concierge" answered my inquiry with ease, then found my replacement items and handed them to me. Once we explained everything to our cashier Isabel, she handled our exchange with patience, exemplary service and a friendly attitude. She quickly rounded someone up to help us with the replacement of our phone screen protectors and we were on our way. I'm so grateful for the staff at Best Buy, especially Isabel!

They did not offer an extended warranty because apparently you have to purchase a 179.00 membership. They used to always offer extended warranty for a cost. Then I was told that the item had to be returned in 14 days even though Sony even gives you a 60 trail. The product is not the issue but the store is. As well as I call a local number and it goes to a different country and as told we could not talk to a local store as they no longer take phones in the store. My husband wanted to know about the warranty stuff as he was u sure if he wanted to keep the item. Needless to say we will NO longer purchase from them. I think quality of service is so important.

After discussing different email servers that he thought would provide me with what I wanted, I decided on Proton Plus with no ads which he promptly installed. He fixed my email client that had not for several days delivered my emails to me from my old server. Lastly he helped me find an ethernet over power line product that allowed me to connect to my printer in another room without using WiFi. If you are a senior citizen who is computer challenged, you need to call Noah when you have a computer problem.
