I went in and got my back glass replaced only to find out that they are using counterfeit parts to replace which is illegal, they screwed up my phone. My iPhone is always overheating, battery won't hold charge. Went back to resolve this issue and they told me to "F&$k Off". You guys will hear from the better business bureau. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, took my phone to get a screen replaced ended up needing to get a brand new phone with my own money because they punctured a hole into my battery (i took it to the Apple Store to see why my battery was depleting so fast and when they took off the screen they said that the phone battery was purposely punctured and that they tried to cover it with tape) & then blamed me and said that I broke it, would not give me my money back, did not try to help me at all, scammers, not helpful at all read more

Worst experience I've ever had with any business that calls themselves "professionals." It's no wonder there hasn't been a review in over two years.. First they offered me a great deal to try and beat out the competitors, how could I say no? The price and the fact that they claimed to be a credible business, as compared to "the other guy", is why I ultimately decided to take the offer. I brought my phone in to them Friday after work and they told me it would be about 30 minutes. I walked the mall came back and sure enough it was done. For the fast service and the price I couldn't refuse, I gave a substantial tip towards the total when signing and choosing to have my receipt emailed to me. When I returned home, I took the case off of my phone to wipe it down (you never know with the current events going on) and I noticed the new replacement glass was significantly different compared to what I have been used to seeing for the last two years of owning the phone. I took my wife's phone and compared it to mine (same phone) and sure enough.. the glass was about 1/8" higher and popping off the phone more than my wife's. I immediately called the store to let them know and they told me I could come back in the morning to have it looked at and possibly adjusted. The very next day (Today, as I'm writing this) I was in the store as soon as they opened. I handed my phone over with a brief explanation, one employee said he knew about it, and they said 45 minutes and I walked away. I came back and a different employee had my phone. The screen was off but still connected and he said he was unable to make any changes to it but he said that he did notice there was some internal damage that could be causing it to sit wrong.. and he thinks that is most likely the problem.. My phone has never been out of a case and never been dropped, the screen broke in my pocket and the original cracks were no where near this new found internal damage. So I told him it didn't come into the store with any internal damage and my screen sat down just fine before I brought it to them and he said he would work on it again and it would be another 30 minutes.. After walking the mall for the second time, I came back and he said the same thing, the internal damage is probably causing this and that he couldn't make it any better. I'm upset at this point because I've put all of the pieces together and then he offers to put my old screen back on.. and refund me if I was unhappy with the repair. Think about it, if there is internal damage to my phone now causing the new screen to have issues sitting flat to the phone.. the old one isn't going to sit any better and even then if I wanted to take it somewhere else to have it replaced, the next place I go to WILL ALSO have the same problem! Most likely, Callairis caused the internal damage while trying to do the repair.. One of the screws in the bottom of my phone is also sticking out now as well.. I will never recommend this business to anybody and I hope everyone else stays away from these "professionals". Thank you read more

Walking around with my cracked Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (very much a mouthful for a phone name) I wanted to check out the prices of repair at Cellairis. I explained my issue to Eric, and found a common price of repair for my phone, which is around $260-300. It is not a bad price but definitely not cheap, it would just be better to buy a new phone and get a case from here, which there are plenty to chose from. Eric, who helped me, was really helpful and friendly. He helped with my terrible screen protector, and talked about how plastic ones are a no-go. We also shared some cracked screen horror stories, including mine. Overall, I would shop around when looking for a cracked screen repair and find one that fits you the best, but the phone cases are worth purchasing! I am looking forward to getting another phone and buying some cases and screen protector from here! read more

Bought a $50 rhinestone phone case from here, on the same credit card I always use. They said it had a 90 day warranty. The rhinestones are falling off all over and the case is cracked after approximately 3 months, so I took it back in to at least have the rhinestones replaced. The guy conveniently couldn't find my purchase for the $50 case in their system, only an old purchase from 11 months ago (that was made on the same card! Why can't you find the newer one??) so said he couldn't fix it. I asked how much it was to just pay to have the rhinestones replaced and he said they didn't even do that!!! Hello? I'm trying to give you more money to fix your defective product and you can't even do that? Ridiculous. I'm never buying anything here again. read more

I have shopped at Cellairis before and had a great experience so sad that I had such negative ones the last two times I have went to Boise Towne Square Mall location. On Jan 8 I went in to have my screen protector replaced because I had already paid the $35.00 fee to get replacement package. I didn't have my receipt when the guy who I inconvenienced with my presence asked me for it. I said give me a minute and I can look it up on my phone. He then said "forget it I believe you". I asked if he could replace it or if I had to and he said he would do it. (He wasn't necessarily rude but very short). He basically took my old screen protector off and put the new one on without doing any prep work. I was irritated about it but said nothing even though I should have. Since then my screen protector fell of three times so I took it back Jan 17 (not even 10 days). I told the guy working there (different guy) about it and he said he could put a new one on for $10.00. I mentioned that it wasn't properly installed to begin with...to which he said "I doubt that". Now...I have been working customer service for over 30 years and I would never, ever basically tell my customers that they were lying. That was the manager that told me that...he did say they have a policy to uphold and that he couldn't do anything else for me. I get the policy but don't appreciate being treated the way I was...therefore I have decided to take my business else where and paid more money but worth it. These guys charge $40 - $60 for a $3 china case. Upselling on more useless garbage and having a salesman trail you all over the store is obnoxious. Had my iPhone 6s repaired and there are dead pixels that started appearing just outside of their warranty coverage. Apple will no longer touch my phone because they use cheap china screens. Go to Apple and have them take care of everything start to finish. read more

First off I want to say that this is the best customer service experience I have ever had. When I walked in I was greeted by Dan who promptly assisted me. I showed him my phone (which I thought was broken beyond repair) and it only took him a minute to look it over and tell me he could fix it! Less than two hours later I was able to pick up my phone and it looked like it was brand new out of the box! Dan explained to me what needed fixed and what he had replaced. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be coming back to cellairis! The prices are good and the service even better! read more

Stay away from this repair shop. Brought my 6 month old phone to get the the front glass repaired. Came back with a bastardized frame surrounding the glass replacement. What Dan the supposed to be "manager" did was pryied the front glass so hard to crack and bust up the good frame. I also had to go back several times since they also messed up the camera and had to replace it. Dan is not experienced in repairing or do not take extra care in the device he is working on. Will not recommend this place to anyone for phone repairs. Go look for other shop before they inflict more damages to your device that they would not accept responsibilty. Dan is not the man for sure. read more

I called to order a cell phone battery, they needed to order one, said it would be about 4 days. We stopped in to pick it up 10 days later and they had received it and sold it to someone else, they reordered a new one and said it would be in in 4 to 7 days and they would call me when it arrived........I called several times and we stopped in a few times.......It has been 3 weeks now, I never did get the call...........Bought the battery somewhere else.......Won't be using Cellaris ever.......they don't stand by their word.....my advice is to somewhere else. read more
