I don't normally post things like this, but this was scary and incredibly frustrating…read more Our golf cart uses SLIGC8AGM batteries. We went to Batteries Plus for help and were sold the WRONG battery -- not once, but twice -- by two different employees who both said it was a perfect match. Both times, when we got home and plugged it in, our entire house filled with a sulphur smell around midnight. The battery was burning hot. It could have easily started a fire. Today we spent $2,400 replacing all six batteries correctly... and we're now out almost $500 on the wrong ones they sold us. No refund. Just "sorry." I must say the associates today were AMAZING, it doesn't change the fact that my house could have burnt down but they were fabulous. This wasn't our mistake. It was dangerous, careless, and it's all in their system. I trusted the experts, and our home and safety were put at risk. I would hope that the team would, at a minimum offer a refund on the wrong batteries to us.

He was very knowledgeable, very helpful and was not pushy at all. He offered to test my battery free of charge to make sure I needed a new battery. Most places would rather just charge me for a new replacement. Cudos to the staff at this location for the awesome customer service. I'll be shopping at batteries plus and this location for the foreseeable future.

I have been a loyal AT&T customer for nearly 30 years. After an experience at this location, I may…read moreno longer be one. I upgraded my phone and added another number to my plan. The customer service rep at the store said I could cancel the additional number without issue. I did end up cancelling the number and was billed an additional $700 for the phone that was an upgrade to my original number. I called AT&T customer service and was on hold for a while and eventually connected to a call center outside the US. The rep placed me on another home and was disconnected. I decided to return to this AT&T store to try and resolve the charges. The in-Store customer service rep pulled up my account after explaining my concerns. She went and brought over a "manager" who stated that his employee that added the line would never have set up the account the way she did and said " I need to backup my employee and there is nothing we will do to resolve YOUR issue". Horrible service and he did not care what I had to say. HIS employee was right and a 30 year AT&T customer was wrong. Another phone call to AT&T customer service quickly resolved the issue. I will never return to this location due to the arrogant "manager". AT&T, please remind your employees to be customer service oriented and actually TRY to help your long term customers. This experience has tested my patience, and loyalty to AT&T. I may be looking for a new provider in the future as a result of this "manager's" attitude.

Be wary of the business practices at this store. They make promises they won't keep and tend to…read morepush you towards phones and watches they have in stock.. I switched over to AT&T based upon the monthly quote they provided. It included 2 new iPhones and Apple watches. They tell you the first bill will be somewhat higher but, I was shocked when my quoted monthly bill of $240 came in at $423. I returned to the store and was told "don't worry, the next bill will be normal". Well, the 2nd bill was $308 and that was after I dropped their $50/month insurance. I again returned to the store and their manager, who seems to have a condescending attitude, explained that the credit they promised me for my trade in phones was not being honored. Needless to say, the discussion got heated and the manager finally said he would request a one time credit to cover the 3 years of higher costs. Bottom line, the credit they provided is short over $1,000 at covering their misrepresentation. If you must have AT&T I highly recommend you go to a different store. Better yet, check out the deals at Verizon, Team Mobile and other carriers.
