I always shop here for family photos, Christmas, just because or if I'm looking for baby gifts. Their baby clothes is always a win as a baby shower gift no matter if it's for a boy or girl. We go to American Eagle every year to see what kind of dress we can grab my daughter for her birthday. We snag a few during the summer but we needed something fresh for her upcoming birthday dinner. I am always greeted by the nicest sales associates on the floor! One of them greeted us, asked what we were looking for and directed using to where some of the dresses were located. We checked out the new fall dresses and weren't really into anything so we headed to the sales racks. We found a couple potential pieces and wanted to try them on. We got a room by one of the sales associates. I appreciate that they grab the customer's name to make it more personal. He got my daughter's name all written down and told us to holler at him if we needed anything. My daughter tried on her dresses and we found a nice one to wear to one of her birthday dinners. We ended our shopping visit with a sweet gal checking us out. We were also thanked by a couple girls in the front on our way out. I have always enjoyed shopping here. The clothes are cute and the staff is hella nice. I am sure I'll be back soon!

Oh, I kinda LOVE American Eagle. Great clothes for guys, amazing workout clothes...which is good for someone who lives in a gym....YUP! I totally just said that about myself, hahahahaha! She ordered me the XL, with the light gray....this is where an emoji would help lol. So I was there for a dinner...went and returned them and reordered the other ones. She put the order in, took my $$$ and two weeks later....STILL. NO. SHORTS. She never ordered them, hahaha! Whatever, right? Finally REORDERED them...AGAIN...from a SUPER bubbly manager at the mall..wish I could remember her name. She was fantastic. She ordered them and then gave me 15% off for the inconvenience. A discount is a discount, no matter the amount, right? Was just really nice of her to do that for me. Moral of this long story....GO TO THE MALL LOCATION! it's just better in every aspect. Also, American Eagle....DO NOT EVER CLOSE THE MALL STORE!!!!!! ya know, unless the mall shuts totally down...which Boise mall does pretty good. Always crowded. So maybe there's hope for that place! This is specifically for the Photography side- Huge shout…read moreout to Kenny and Chanielle who were our photographers today. My 3-year old son was in a particular mood and really didn't want to take any pictures. No matter how hard we tried, he wouldn't stop crying. Kenny suggested that we take a break and come back later. We did...and stopped by the toy aisle on the way. Even though Buzz Lightyear ending up making an appearance in our pictures, my son came back happy and laughing at Chanielle's silly antics. We really appreciate their patience and understanding in a frustrating situation, it really makes all of the difference in an experience like this! thank you!

My husband and I went into Coach to grab a MATCHING passport holder to commemorate our upcoming…read moreinternational trip together. We were greeted by someone who just started working there and we let her know that we are here for some passport covers. She immediately told us that they don't have such things. I understand she's new but they need to train their staff better to let people know they're new and will check before completely telling us a flat out no. However, someone corrected her and showed us the actual passport holders. Everything went down hill from here. Katie the store manager made our whole shopping experience terrible. We bought two brown passport cases and she ended up hot stamping both of them the same initial by accident. She told us we'd had to wait a few days for a new one. Already disappointed, she then calls us to come pick up the new one couple days later and to our surprise she ordered a complete different passport holder. At this point we were frustrated with the whole experience and she told us she'd order another one that is going to be identical to the one we previously purchased before she made a mistake on the hot stamping. So the new one arrived and again it wasn't the same leather as the one we purchased. One says natural full grain leather and the other one says genuine full grain leather. She then tells me complete misinformation that the genuine grain leather will end up wearing like the natural full grain leather which is complete misinformation. After going through the hot stamping process three times, we just ended up returning them. Not only we were completely dissatisfied with the way she handled the whole situation but completely felt insulted when she started to tell me the sanded leather will end up like the natural full grain leather.
