I love using the drop offline when I am trying to donate goods. It is very convenient and the stuff is always helpful.

The managers (2 different ones) tend to make up the rules as they choose. The employees are very pleasant and helpful but the managers have ruined the atmosphere at the 1375 E Fairview store. read more

I love thrift shopping! What I don't love about goodwill is how the store is always trashed. There are always employees everywhere and the store is still a mess. The clothing racks are also always over stocked so it is hard to look at the clothing. Prices are great. read more

I absolutely love this place! I spend a lot of time here, maybe too much time... lol. They have helped me in a lot of ways as well. I do a lot thrift shopping but I have to say this is one of the most organized locations I have been to. The team here is very helpful and right now, I love their Halloween selection. I like to visit this store. It is always clean and has a good variety. Everyone has always been nice and helpful.

We recently moved here from Phoenix where there are GWs everywhere! When I first got here I was disappointed that there aren't more Goodwills but I love the store on Fairview. It's always clean and organized. I always find treasures there and the prices are very fair. I love the clothing selections too. I always find good brand names. One Sunday we were out and about early and decided to try Savers as we've never been. They are ridiculously overpriced! I left behind a few home decor items that I was in love with because I won't pay full retail in a thrift store. I won't go back to Savers. I also went to the Youth ranch store, next to savers. Very disappointed with that particular YR. Ended my trip with Goodwill and found some treasures. The staff that day was great, the lady that was cashier's was great, offered us the senior discount that we had previously been told wasn't offered (by a young girl). There are always a few rude employees wherever you shop but normally that's not indicative of the overall staff. Millenials! And to the reviewer complaining about the store closing and the staff at that time, maybe the lady had a bad day. She should probably be talked to about her manner BUT when a store announces they are closing in 15 minutes, that's not a suggestion! It means, time to check out so the staff can do closing duties. The doors are supposed to lock at a specific time, the staff is usually only allotted a certain amount of time after closing to clean and organize and close out tills. Usually 15 to 30 mins after closing time! People who continue to shop are being very thoughtless, selfish and arrogant. I worked retail for many years and those customers are well aware that they are being thoughtless, they almost dare the staff to say something! Hours are posted for a reason, you need to abide by them and leave at closing time. I will continue to shop this Goodwill. My only suggestion would be maybe to offer monthly coupons. They do that in AZ and it's definitely an incentive that brings people in. Overall, I say great job! read more

Tried to take my donations to goodwill and the youth ranch was rejected by both due to "short or no staff" so to the dump my donations go......7-8-21 window on the door says hiring $10 an hour????? Might want to start paying people better. Being an employee my whole life as well. I'm proud of people rejecting these low wages and taking a stand. Companies need to take better care of their employees. read more

I would say to the person that complained about them closing the store when they weren't done shopping. Look the store was closing go home or get there earlier, do you want to hang around your job when it's closed? They have to be strict or else they will have people lingering there all night. Terrible customer service, don't know what they are doing, told me they didn't know how to print a receipt

We were at this Goodwill location last night. Everything was fine until they did their 15 minute closing warning. My family was still shuffling through men's shirts at the time. I took that opportunity to go put an item back in housewares that I decided not to purchase. I passed a gentleman going through electronics and at the same time, an employee named Patty walked by both of us. She, very rudely, told him "hurry up, we're closing soon." And he responded that he was aware and that he was just about done and he and his wife had a bunch of stuff. Patty yelled from another aisle over "If you've got a bunch of stuff then you're done! You don't get to shop anymore. Take it to the front. You're done." The gentlemen looked at my like *Did I just hear that?* He responded to her "Excuse me? Are you a manager?" To which Patty replied that she was. I had my doubts that this was true, but then she responded to a call up front for a manager. Here is my issue. One: Patty was incredibly rude to that customer who could've easily taken his patronage to any other thrift store in town. (Not to mention, thrift stores that are actually for good causes, not just for profits for the overinflated salary of their CEO) Two: There was 15 minutes until closing! I get that people wander around and the store can't lock up until they're out...but the guy had a few more shopping minutes at least. She could've simply said (in a nice way) "sir, we will be closing soon and if you have quite a few items to purchase, we ask that you make your way to the front soon so that we can get you taken care of along with our other customers. " In short...if there are any other superiors to Patty that are reading this, you need to, at the very least, sit her down and give her a stern talking to about her lack of customer service skills. Or do everyone a favor and just can her. As for me and my family. We prefer Youth Ranch and their kind staff. read more

Always good finds at Goodwill. If you are not overly picky about the state of the clothes or shoes and don't mind wearing used stuff, this place rocks. read more

I was in your store on Tuesday. It's not very customer friendly but I like your inventory and prices. A lady named Samantha was very rude to me when I asked her (very nicely) if she could open one of the doors to the fitting rooms. She was upset about something, didn't answer me, then turned around and walked towards the fitting rooms. After opening a door for me, I smiled and thanked her. She said nothing and just walked away. I will not go back to this store. They are much nicer at the Goodwill store in Eagle, Idaho. They are customer friendly there and nice to the customers. read more
