She didn't even look me in the eyes, just said no, and walked away. My husband was served by her at the register, and she didn't say good morning or thank you. Another situation involved my sister, who was shopping, and this same manager was speaking very rudely to one of the supervisors in front of many customers, and the man was very embarrassed. Some customers were very uncomfortable with the situation. I miss the time when Clarck was the DI manager. I have been a customer for over 17 years, but I will never go there to buy anything again.

I honestly thought it was only for the people who attended the church that it's affiliated with but it's actually open to the public! I saw a handful of posts on FB Marketplace so I took that as a sign to head in! It's a smaller shop. Very organized, clean and bright! I appreciate how everything is categorized by it's item. Clothes, antiques, home. It was very easy to shop and look around. I checked about 50% of the store out. I usually go to thrift stores with one thing in mind and that's to find China dishes or old frames. Their antique section was smaller but had quite a few beautiful pieces! I was able to grab a pretty trinket dish and a couple berry bowls. And they were reasonably priced! I appreciate that they aren't price gauging their customers. Thrifting is supposed to be fun and money saving! These folks are here for the people and not for crazy profit, I appreciate that! I look forward to coming back and supporting this thrift shop. I would like to donate and support them that way as well! I can't wait to see what kind of goodies I'll be able to find in my future shopping adventures here.

I believe the last couple times I checked it out, I didn't really find anything. But I felt like today could be a good day to find some treasures so I made my way in. This store is always busy! There were so many people here today. And every time I drive by, there is always a lot full of cars. That's always a good sign, you're bound to find something neat here if they are always so busy! I only had one thing in mind to find and that was anything antique. I made my way to the back to see what they had and boy was it all pretty. There were a few plate sets that were stunning. Teacup sets and old plates with roses on them. All stunners but all very expensive. There was a teacup set that really caught my eye. As much as I wanted to get it, I just couldn't pull the trigger cause of the price. No one really talked to me, everyone was in their own world. I like the set up of the shop and how clean it is. I appreciate an organized store. Some things were practically priced and some things just made you shake your head. I'm sure I'll make my way back. I appreciate that everything is so clean-often, thrift stores have an odor, but it was noticeably absent here. The clothing appeared to be higher quality than I've seen in other second hand stores too. I, like millions of children out there, have experienced homelessness as a child and homelessness is something that is very near and dear to me. As a child, I grew up in a drug home and we lived many nights in our van, the park, homeless shelter (Opportunity House in Vacaville, Ca.), and in a park. As a child this wasn't easy, as an adult, I could only imagine. We've seen the issue in our community with homeless, most recently the tragedy of a young girls life at the Boise Walmart. This review isn't here to debate why people are homeless, it's to review a non-profit agency that is taking this issue into their hands and supporting individuals to end homelessness. I heard about CATCH from my partner, George, who was looking for community resources to help one of his employees who's been sleeping in their car. This review is based solely on research and word-of-mouth to bring community awareness and resources for our loved ones and other members in need in Idaho. I have not used their services. I will be adding both of their locations to Yelp and using primarily the same review. This is CATCH's first review and my 437th Yelp review. CATCH has three programs: Housing Placement and Rental Assistance-- help build a Housing Plan together to you find an affordable home in your name. They will sponsor the application fee, security deposit, and rent (eligibility requirements must be met). They offer as much rental assistance as is needed to stabilize you, which varies family-to-family. Case Management-- this is a person that stays with you after you've found a place. They will help you set long-term goals and help minimize the risk of recidivism. I've done Case Management and its some of the most rewarding and hard work I've done. They become a partner of yours. There to listen and help you help yourself. Financial Independence-- they partner with other providers, locally, to help you and your income. According to their website, they offer financial literacy, budget counseling, and job development skills needed to ensure that your income is sustainable enough to maintain your housing. The partner with Mountain West Bank to match your savings up to $500, which to me, is incredible! Way to go Mountain West Bank!
