I found this place on yelp. There was plenty of parking. This place was so extremely organized I thought it was a department store. First everything is organized by sections and then color. The kid's section was so easy to navigate. I knew where to look for size and color. They had fitting room. Everything was clean. Pricing was great. The guy who rang us up was extremely helpful and fr. This is definitely a must !

Now these are the prices to expect at a thrift store. I go thrifting to "rescue" small pieces of pottery or China . If I find a weird looking doll it might also come home with me. I do thrifting to help with my anxiety... not sure why it helps. I have learnt so much about various labels and brands. I found three pieces of Irish Belleek China for 75c a piece. How on earth could I not rescue them. I also found a milk glass pear bowl that is perfect to use as a spoon holder. My amusing find was this ugly little boy doll. I paint reborn dolls but I am not a doll fan but he had to come home with me. That was a fun hour and I spent $10 total. I will be going there again and they will be getting my donations.

Over the past few years, I've noticed that they've upped their pricing pretty outrageously which has bothered me for a long time, having to pass on things I could use because it's too expensive... Regardless, I've continued to check in from time to time to see what's new on the off chance something is reasonably priced. Today, that stops for good. Multiple things I usually go for are even higher now -- VHS movies has had a 33% increase apparently since my last visit, which is ridiculous. I came across a pair of beat up black sweats a few weeks ago, with no waistband label mind you, for $34.99! I asked someone who worked there who agreed that it seemed like a mistake, so she went to ask a manager. When she came back, she informed me that they were priced that way "because they're lululemon". Now I don't know diddly-squat about whatever that brand is, but I don't care! They were really worn... grunge level wear and that's why they appealed to me (I needed comfy sweats for home) who cares about brand when a) there's not even a label on them to know for sure and b) as Ignacio says -- "sometimes you wear stretchy pants, IN YOUR ROOM" like, COME ON!! I'm not trying to impress my dogs with bougie PJs! Another day ---Really beat up & filthy converse were $18.99. Vans in similar condition were $24.99 with missing shoe laces, another pair I recall from a couple months back were $45.99 in the men's section. What is that, like 75% of what new ones cost?! Then today, I came across these two pairs of Docs at $60 & $65?! Hell no, I find better deals on FB Marketplace for used Docs. I'm not expecting garage sale prices here but this is straight up robbery in our sh*t economy. This Fairview store's Manager needs to chill and FYI, this company's CEO had a 10.8 million dollar salary last year, from what I've read. What a piece of --for a for-profit company to charge these prices for DONATED ITEMS, $$ only going charity if required to. Shameful!! Take note, Savers pricers --- this is a Thrift store. Act like it. Everyone sees what you're doing (as noted in my photo) We also know there are plenty of other Idaho-based thrift stores where we DON'T get ripped off and our $ actually makes a difference in our community. Better tax write offs NOT to donate to you too. I'll never set foot in your store again.

The most…read morerecent time I was in here I was shocked that deeply used and worn t-shirts were $6/$7+ dollars. Deeply used jackets and blazers $20/$25+. And while yes, this is lower than buying new, you can find a new, unworn t-shirt for $8/$9. New coats or blazers $30 at most sales, new. I stopped coming to Savers because the prices rising for free, used items was upsetting. Well if I was upset the last time, imagine this most recent visit, I couldn't stop telling my mom how much the prices were since the last time I was in, it consumed me :). I am not a grumpy person and often look to the positives but the pricing here has gotten way too out of hand! Suggestion Savers: sell all your donated items for next to nothing and move more items faster! Isn't it more valuable to sell 3, $3.00 items than 1, $7.00 item? Asking for a friend. And good lucky finding a sale tag. It is like finding a unicorn on a rainbow. It probably won't happen. But never say never :) I will say, the people working at the checkout (including self checkout!) and people collecting donations are always fantastic and interactive. They turn my price tag shock frown upside down. I am hopeful you may find a deal here if you spend enough time!

Put it all in your cart, roll it up to the weigh area, they take off the weight of the cart, and you pay the per-pound price depending on the weight category. We were 6 pounds away from cutting our per-pound price down nearly 40-cents per pound and the gentleman suggested we go find 6 pounds more. So, we did. They have big big big bins, and lots of them. Wear gloves and go through them all. I've been there twice, and I have only been through about half of them. You can find brand new items. And gently used items. And random items. Books galore. Puzzles and home decor galore. Lots of seasonal items. Hand weights. Golf clubs. Housewares. They have it all. There are also bins outside - that I have not been to see. I believe that's where they have the unsorted items and the bigger items like baby strollers. It's actually fun. We are there for a couple of hours, family of 4, leave with a cart full of gift items and other random crap .... and we pay $30 for 2-hours of entertainment and have something to show for it.

I recently had an opportunity to visit and tour their main headquarters facility and their collection, sorting and distribution center that supports the thrift stores. They have an amazing sale here regularly where you can fill a cart for $10 and the selection of gently used products is amazing. It is cool that so many Idahoans donate their items and their money at the same place and that it goes to such good use. I was shocked by the items I found at the sale and regularly shop the stores so I guess I shouldn't have been. If you are looking for treasures, collectibles, antiques AND you want to make a difference in the lives of Idaho kids, this is the one place to do it all.

The second I walked in the door, I was greeted by a grinning group of women-all who looked like they were having the time of their lives working here (how can I get in on that fun?!) One of the kind women welcomed me and explained some specials that the store was hosting that day. I grabbed a cart-I knew I was in for it. I browsed the clothing aisles and found several gems. I appreciate that everything is so clean-often, thrift stores have an odor, but it was noticeably absent here. The clothing appeared to be higher quality than I've seen in other second hand stores too. Beyond clothing, they also have household goods, seasonal décor, kitchen stuff, etc. I browsed those items briefly, but it was the clothing that got me. I left with several cute new-to-me outfits that I'm excited to wear. The prices were very reasonable, too! I believe the last couple times I checked it out, I didn't really find anything. But I felt like today could be a good day to find some treasures so I made my way in. This store is always busy! There were so many people here today. And every time I drive by, there is always a lot full of cars. That's always a good sign, you're bound to find something neat here if they are always so busy! I only had one thing in mind to find and that was anything antique. I made my way to the back to see what they had and boy was it all pretty. There were a few plate sets that were stunning. Teacup sets and old plates with roses on them. All stunners but all very expensive. There was a teacup set that really caught my eye. As much as I wanted to get it, I just couldn't pull the trigger cause of the price. No one really talked to me, everyone was in their own world. I like the set up of the shop and how clean it is. I appreciate an organized store. Some things were practically priced and some things just made you shake your head. I'm sure I'll make my way back. And hopefully next time I'll find something that is old and stunning but will always fit my price budget.
