I knew if they factory reset my new phone I would lose all of my information, pictures and other items. The phone store couldn't even figure how to factory reset my phone. They basically threw up their hands and sent me down the road to 360 wireless to unlock my phone. The guys at 360 wireless quickly factory reset my phone and i was on my way. They not only restored access to my phone but took about a hundred pounds of stress off my shoulders. Thank you

Worst place I've been too, they took my brothers phone to fix for water damage, it was supposed to…read morebe done in less then a week. It took three weeks and they didn't even fix it. It still wasn't working, they guy set it had trouble with a rebooting thing, they spent a week and a half to get one part installed (including shipping to their location) then he wanted us to pay a $25 labor fee when the phone wasn't even fixed. I got a full refund and all of the old parts back in the phone. If i could give back 0 stars I would.

On the sign it says to check in on the app so I went and I tried that and I found nothing that would allow me to specifically park for a curbside so I checked in as if I was shopping and left a message saying that I was there to pick up an upgrade. After waiting over a half an hour easily, there was an employee from a different store that was going into the store passing by my car on the left as that's where the sidewalk was, I called out to the guy and told him that I have been waiting here for a while and he went in and grabbed my phone brought it out and if he hadn't shown up I was going to wait maybe another 10 minutes and then go in the store which I was really not wanting to do and that's why I parked in curbside. He told me that it was supposed to be a walk in because of how I ordered it or some thing, but nothing indicated that when I ordered it so in my mind I should have been able to use curbside. The dude in the picture is some employee that after I had been waiting for about 5 to 7 minutes maybe a little bit longer he came outside and started smoking seeing me and looking over at me several times while I was parked in that curbside spot not asking if I needed assistance or anything and I know that he is a Verizon employee because the guy that assisted me told me he worked there. Now, I don't know if it's true or not, but I also asked the guy that assisted me if I could get a zag screen protector and a clear case and he said that he did not have zag and I was like OK that's fine and as he's walking in I told him I wanted to charge it to bill to my account and he said that that they can't do. I know that it is a possibility because the majority of everything that I buy from Verizon I get billed to my account and I know that I have also bill to my account at not only corporate stores but authorized retailers as well so I don't know what the deal is with this one or if he just didn't wanna do it or what. The only reason that this place is getting three stars is because that employee from a different store showed up and helped, otherwise they would've gotten one or two stars because I was there for at least a half an hour and someone came out saw me and didn't say a damn word.
