He wanted to replace the struts, but didn't want to charge me any more money because he wasn't exactly sure if that was the problem. So he came out again replaced the struts. That didn't work. He said it could be a spot weld that needs re-welded or the ring is shot. Neither is worth fixing since we can buy a new washer for that amount. Mr Appliance didn't charge us any more money. They did right by me and I wish this was a 5 star but one employee needs to learn to keep his ears open to listen to customers and not voicing his opinions. Thanks again for making it right. I told them that the control board was replaced but it wasn't calibrated and personality checked properly. That is why it is unbalanced all the time. So Curtis showed up and right off the bat said sounds like the motor is going out, front load washing machine never clean your clothes, the pedestals are the problem, shock absorbers are causing it to be unbalanced, and finally said it was the struts are going bad (I mean the shocks). He came out to look at our fridge that was leaking water and was able to zero in on the problem quickly and initiate a repair within 30 - 40 minutes. When there was a follow up issue (that may not have even been related to the original problem), he came right out and fixed that too - free of charge. He is genuinely the real deal when it comes to the "service" he provides. I would recommend him for any and all appliance repair needs, and will surely use him again myself when the opportunity arises.
