UPDATE: So shortly after I posted this Mr Appliance called…read moreme. We talked about my problem. Marty came out and said the board is fine but my washer shouldn't be wobbling like that. He wanted to replace the struts, but didn't want to charge me any more money because he wasn't exactly sure if that was the problem. So he came out again replaced the struts. That didn't work. He said it could be a spot weld that needs re-welded or the ring is shot. Neither is worth fixing since we can buy a new washer for that amount. Mr Appliance didn't charge us any more money. They did right by me and I wish this was a 5 star but one employee needs to learn to keep his ears open to listen to customers and not voicing his opinions. Thanks again for making it right. This place doesn't listen to you. First off I told the office to call my wife, since she is home and I'm at work. I told them that the control board was replaced but it wasn't calibrated and personality checked properly. That is why it is unbalanced all the time. So Curtis showed up and right off the bat said sounds like the motor is going out, front load washing machine never clean your clothes, the pedestals are the problem, shock absorbers are causing it to be unbalanced, and finally said it was the struts are going bad (I mean the shocks).
