Jesse and Carter went above and beyond in diagnosing a problem with our dishwasher. They were super polite and respectful, explained what they were doing and what they found, took great care in doing the work and removing/installing the dishwasher, etc. This level of service is becoming harder and harder to find, but Nextgen is definitely the real deal. Our refrigerator was leaking water. Carter Hofler noticed that there was ice at the bottom of the freezer side. After removing everything from the freezer, he removed the ice then steamed the freezer coils and thawed the drain. Once he confirmed that all of the ice was gone, he then put everything back. He was very professional and friendly. We would gladly have him return when our next appliance problem occurs, but hopefully not too soon. read more

When my 16 year old Whirlpool clothes dryer started making ear-piercing banshee howling noises, I thought the end was near. Skylar was our technician and he called and asked if he could come early as he was finished with his previous job. He arrived and introduced himself. Set up in the garage to look at our freezer that was not freezing. Went to work and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have to be one of the best service companies I have had. They are honest and show up when they say. I had a problem with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator and they came out the same day (as it had stopped working) they figured out the problem and got it working and left a device in the freezer to check how it was working. They came out a week later and my refrigerator was still working properly. I highly recommend them! I will definitely use them for my appliance needs in the future. Jesse was our serviceman.
