I was looking for a refrigerator, and most their models were over $1300, which is a lot. I just wanted an inexpensive, basic model, and they had nothing. While I was there the clerk was chatting with someone and the conversation extended to the point I couldn't get help, since I didn't want to be rude, but there was only one clerk so it would have been nice if he had just asked me briefly if I had any questions. So--nonexistent service, limited inventory, the models they did have looked very beat up--just not a great place, to me.

On July 7th we were told it was on the truck enroute from Pennsylvania. On July 28 we were promised delivery no later than the 2nd of August as the truck was due on 7-31 or 8-1. Matt promised that it would be delivered Friday or Saturday depending on what day it arrived. The freight wasn't delivered to People's until Saturday morning. By the time delivery is finally made it will have been 18 weeks from purchase to delivery. After calming down I realized that the problem didn't lie with People's primarily. The reached out and explained the situation and satisfied me that they did their best but the delivery from manufacture to them was out of their control.
