Destiny helped me out. she was amazing. she answered my question, she game me time to think about my decision on upgrading my phone. she then gave me some told me about upgrading with a watch. I told I was little skeptical cause we had trouble getting a watch. we tried 3 other times. she reassured me. My wife and I recently upgraded our iPhones and iPads. My main complaint is the crap Pelican phone protector I was sold. I wanted an Otterbox, but the guy selling to me said Pelican was better. That is a lie. I had an Otterbox around my phone for years, and the screen never cracked on me. The first time I dropped my new 17 pro max, the phone slips out, and the screen protector cracks. I was headed to California on business, so I went to the Verizon Store there and had a Zagg screen protector installed. Zagg offers free replacement, the crap I was sold there does not. The same thing happened to me, my phone drops, it slips out, screen breaks. Thankfully I have a Zagg replacement on the way, My Otterbox has already arrived. Do not buy a Pelican iPhone case from this store, you will regret it. Go to the real Verizon store in Caldwell. read more

I found Anthony to be professional and business like while providing personable and friendly service. It was easy to tell it was not Anthony's first day on the job. What a rip off this place is. I wasn't aware this wasn't an official Verizon store, if I would have known I would have gone to the official store on Caldwell blvd. My wife and I were lied to twice here while upgrading to new phones. Apple Watch was supposed to be $7.50 a month but turned into $15 and we were also told we would save money by adding Netflix, but that ended up costing us more as well when buying Netflix through Verizon. Very unhappy that "Verizon" treats their customers this way, especially after being customers for 15 years. read more

Location is what brought us to this Store. We have had Verizon and have been a loyal customer over 20 years. We thought that meant something, maybe it did in the past. We found out this store is "not official Verizon store" This store stated they could not download both phones, only one. At the end after making 2 trips to this location to fix problems we ended up with another problem. You must have husband and wife on the billing if not only person named on account can make/change any decisions. Initially we had both our names on account now just one name added. It's going to be like opening up a new account. We are totally unhappy with this phone but who wants to go through all the trouble again. It was so easy to have options at Costco. Then you can depend that Costco will back you up when a problem arises. Bottom line this location is not helpful. read more

I visited this store 2 times in the last few months and recieved no help. Both times the same guy with American flag hat told me he can't help. The other verizon store by arbys is much better and helped me. Maybe this store just has one bad employee making a bad experience for customers. read more

Jess greeted us as we walked in. She explained everything as we talked about the options and was patient with us. Jess was kind when we changed our mind causing her to redo things. Acommadated us by writing down the charges for our chosen program that agreed with our first bill. She is awesome and Verizon is lucky to have her! 1750 25 Feb 2022 So I show up to pick up a phone. I parked in the only spot for curbside. On the sign it says to check in on the app so I went and I tried that and I found nothing that would allow me to specifically park for a curbside so I checked in as if I was shopping and left a message saying that I was there to pick up an upgrade. After waiting over a half an hour easily, there was an employee from a different store that was going into the store passing by my car on the left as that's where the sidewalk was, I called out to the guy and told him that I have been waiting here for a while and he went in and grabbed my phone brought it out and if he hadn't shown up I was going to wait maybe another 10 minutes and then go in the store which I was really not wanting to do and that's why I parked in curbside. He told me that it was supposed to be a walk in because of how I ordered it or some thing, but nothing indicated that when I ordered it so in my mind I should have been able to use curbside. The dude in the picture is some employee that after I had been waiting for about 5 to 7 minutes maybe a little bit longer he came outside and started smoking seeing me and looking over at me several times while I was parked in that curbside spot not asking if I needed assistance or anything and I know that he is a Verizon employee because the guy that assisted me told me he worked there. Now, I don't know if it's true or not, but I also asked the guy that assisted me if I could get a zag screen protector and a clear case and he said that he did not have zag and I was like OK that's fine and as he's walking in I told him I wanted to charge it to bill to my account and he said that that they can't do. I know that it is a possibility because the majority of everything that I buy from Verizon I get billed to my account and I know that I have also bill to my account at not only corporate stores but authorized retailers as well so I don't know what the deal is with this one or if he just didn't wanna do it or what. The only reason that this place is getting three stars is because that employee from a different store showed up and helped, otherwise they would've gotten one or two stars because I was there for at least a half an hour and someone came out saw me and didn't say a damn word. read more

You walk in there and no one greets you. You feel unwelcome the moment you step in. They never have more than two workers in there and if they're helping a customers, you don't exist. They don't care about the next customer. It would be nice if they would let you know what you'll need so you can retrieve all of that information while you're waiting so you're better prepared when your turn is up. Work smarter, not harder. These people are obviously not smart. They can't even bother to say 'hi we'll be right with you'. I'll never walk into this Verizon again. They obviously don't want my business....to the manager 'train your workers to have better customer skills' isn't that what it's all about? read more

Was talked into buying a phone and watch for my wife for Christmas and told my bill wouldn't change, then after talking to Verizon Customer service on the phone I find out my bill will be $200 more per month. I try to return the phone and watch and they wouldn't accept the. Return because a little piece of cardboard from the box is missing. They say they'll happily trade it in for another new phone. I told them I didn't want another phone and they refused the return. I went and found the little piece of cardboard in the trash at home and took it in to return. They charged me $100 in restocking fees. This place will lie and cheat with no remorse in order to steal your money. Do not shop here. read more

I bought a new phone at an actual Verizon store in Nampa and they left me hanging while the phone was transferring all my data over. When it was finished, the person helping me had disappeared, and the place was packed with other customers, so I left the store and went home, but I couldn't receive or make calls, not even to *611 to get help. We happened to see this location while shopping, and stopped by to see if they could help. Jess and Joey were awesome. They both worked on my phone for quite a while until it was fixed. I am so glad I didn't have to go to the other location and wait for 3 hours to get something fixed that should have been done in the first place. Thanks guys! You're great! read more

We went to this Verizon store to see if we could get the phone number for the Corporate office after having a very bad experience with another Verizon store. Austin greeted us, listened to what had happened at the other store and jumped into action for us. We needed a plan to accommodate us. We are seniors on a fixed income. We needed a certain price range for a plan, he found a plan for us. We needed to have the money deducted from our checking account after the first of the month. He got it for the 10th of each month. Everything that the other store said they could not do, Austin did. Thank you Austin. Your polite, professional and friendly. We will be back. read more
