Went to AT&T store to set up my daughters phone. The person helping us was nice. It took him a long time to get customer support on the phone and was the only one working in the store! Felt badly for other customers having to wait. He was helpful and polite finally got it done! read more

Customer for years and years, made plan change, got billed overcharged, no info after long wait for overseas rep. Called store, no help either. Very frustrating!!! AT&T I'm breaking up with you This is only the second review I've ever written and will be the first negative one, so that should give you an idea of how much this has irked me. AT&T has been my longest relationship I've ever been in providing me with my service for twelve years! I've watched them progress from a little orange guy to a blue sphere looking thing. I've consistently and without fail provided them with monthly payments from my first flip phone to when I thought razors were the coolest thing on the planet to iPhones. And it is officially time for us to part ways. oh my experience you ask... me: walks in the door and politely awaits greeting sales rep: looks at me "what do you need?" me: I would actually like to look into canceling my service sales rep: thats not done in the store you have to do that on the phone (suggests) I can put you on the phone... me: sure (let them put me on the phone) I mean I know I look young. Seriously though the way I was looked and dismissed; I could just see the thoughts of "this girl probably can't even pay her bill" just running through this person's mind. rewind two months earlier. sales rep: what can I help you with? me: I'm looking into canceling my service sales rep: what's your number? (I give it to her. They do their thing on the iPad looking up my info.) sales rep: You're actually still under contract until December so canceling now would cost you 150 some odd dollars... whatever whatever. There was no "oh sorry to hear that." "Let me take a look at your account and see if there are any changes we can make." "What are the issues you are having?" rewind even earlier to just a couple days before that. me: My contract is almost up and I am trying to look into how I can maybe have a cheaper monthly payment before I renew or switch providers. sales rep: (does browse of my account and plan mumbo jumbo) Actually we don't do contracts anymore and you don't get any kind of deal for renewing so you're actually going to be paying more if you want a new phone. This is the equivalent of a forewarning to ending a long term relationship and your Significant Other refusing or being to blind to agree to compromise or maybe some therapy sessions. As far as this location goes they did not give two sh*ts about retaining a long term customer. Even after that I am still going to give them two stars. I don't the benefit of the doubt. Maybe because I still want to be a decent person. Maybe they were having a bad day... all three days I went in... all three different reps. Maybe AT&T or the management at this location do not do enough for their employees to make them feel motivated or appreciated enough to provide good service. I will never know, but what I do know is I'm about to go give the TMobile in the same shopping center five stars. read more

Avoid this store like the plague!!! Full of liars and unscrupulous people!!!! AT&T should be ashamed of this store and shut it down!!!!!Before Christmas I went in to check on getting my youngest child his first phone. Quickly the salesman was telling me about new plans and new phones. I have been with AT&T for several years but I had recently moved from Florida, I also have several phones for myself and my wife and other children. He then looks up my account and after a few minutes he tells me that he can add the new line for my son with the exact extras I have and I will pay less than I am now. He shows me on his tablet and it's all there. So I say okay. So I Ask for a copy of the contract and he says "this isn't a contract, we don't do contracts anymore". Three weeks later I get a bill for TWICE my old bill. I called the customer service and they say that's right!! Then go into the store and he says no it was messed up. He gets on his tablet and gets it all taken care of with refunds and the correct monthly amount. Next month I get a bill for. $100 over what it should be. I go in and he fixes it again. Tell him it's getting old and he guarantees me it's all set. Next month SAME THING!! Goes on for six months. Next month I go in and I'm pretty upset and guess who's not working there but they will get me together with the new Territory Manager when he gets back from vacation. So I wait and get a call from the new manager (not the territory manager) two weeks later he tells me they'll give me $500 and that's the end. I've tried calling customer service and they say they will call me back. Never have. Now I'm stuck paying for new phones and a $100 extra a month. This store is an absolute joke. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! Two men came to my door selling cable tv through Direct TV/AT&T and I signed up. After paying on time for a year, they DOUBLED my monthly rate! After I cancelled, they told me I had a two year contract and had to pay a $125 early disconnection penalty. I pulled my contract that I signed with those two reps and it is completely blank under length of contract. I keep getting harassing notices from AT&T claiming I owe the fee because they notified me after the fact that I had a two year contact! Avoid these crooks! read more

My family and I are here switching our phones over to iPhones. At first, it seemed tedious and annoying. In my opinion, we weren't the best of the best customers - not on purpose, we were just frustrated. Jim, Juan and the team here went above and beyond for us. They smiled, listened, included discounts and swaps when we made last minute mind changes. Never in my life have I experienced such excellent, exceptional, honest, amazing customer service. AT&T would not honor a warranty for a defective phone case. I brought the bad case, original box, and original receipt, all within the warranty period, and they refused to return my money, or give a store credit. I paid retail plus for this case when I bought it at the AT&T store instead of thru the internet to support local people and have actual people I could go to if something were to go wrong. No more for AT&T though. Save your money and get your phones and accessories from internet stores. You'll save money and have better return policies. read more

I went with my nephew to get him a simple set up. An iPhone with a basic set up since my nephew is just starting out. We worked with Daniel who was pretty cool. He was able to give us the rundown on the most basic plans that were able to cover the work needs as well as international calling. We weren't planning on getting the phone right away, but Daniel made it pretty easy and summed up our best options so we ended up going for it. Not sure how often I'll find my self back there, but I guess it was a pretty decent experience. read more

I walked into this store to purchase a phone for my grandmother who lives in Idaho falls and I was just looking for a cheap flip phone that she could use that was better than the used one she had bought. So I walked in and spoke with a nice younger lady who said she could help me and so I looked at and played with a cheap flip phone that she said was 15 dollars and so I said okay I'll come back after I speak to my grand mother. Well I spoke to her and realized she was already on AT&T and just needed a better phone so I went to the store to purchase it and they told me that I had to purchase a 25 dollar airtime card as well because it was a prepaid phone and that the manager wouldn't allow it to be sold without an airtime card because they only had 2 left and someone else would buy an airtime card with them. So I called the store in Idaho falls where my grandmother lives and they gladly gave her one without having to purchase an airtime card I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMING LYING PIGS. read more
