I have never dealt with such incompetence and absolute no desire to help the customer. All I needed to do was activate a SIM card for a new phone since my phone was lost. Kaylon had absolutely no idea what to do when he got an error message scanning the sim card. I then called customer service who started by asking why didn't the employee call, talked to them for a while and then they gave us the number he should have called from the get go. Then he doesn't call it, I do and proceed to get it all figured out while kaylon just sat there and talked about going on lunch and a bunch of other stuff we didn't need to hear about like how he got a write up recently. Then after doing HIS job for like 30 minutes and getting it figured out he scanned the sim and proceeded to charge us $5 for doing his job. read more

Absolutely THE worst. Over the course of two weeks, we visited the store 3 separate times. Each time, NOTHING went right. Whenever Derrick would start with a transaction to upgrade a phone or add a line, their "system" would "glitch" or whatever other excuse and things would just fall out of whack. For starters the "no money down" after a soft inquiring was done on an existing line quickly changed to a $300 down payment. I figured this happened often and Derrick had anticipated this to happen because he has taken a photo on his phone prior to this "glitch" as proof that it said no lines down before the $300. Sketch. Then Derrick said that he would see if they could call support and get it overridden and he would have to call us back once we left the store. NEVER CALLED US. WE HAD TO CALL THEM. TWICE. and each time NO ONE CALLED US BACK. So after our third and FINAL visit, we actually walked out of the store. We had enough. They would get to the end of added a phone and the system would just kick them off. They even tried 4-5 different SIM cards because AFTER I would ask for updates, they said none of the cards were working. It was just all around a big headache and to be honest a terrible experience and I do not recommend this location to anyone. read more

This is what kind of so called customer service you can expect from ATT. 1 year ago I got a by one get on free phone they also gave me a discounted price on DT, they did not tell me the two were linked. This month DirectTv raised my rates by 40.00 a month. I called ATT and spoke to two different reps in customer service and live chatted with an agent to verify that if I cancel my DT account that my ATT bill would not change (I have it in writing) they said it would not affect my ATT account at all. I canceled my DirectTv account paid the 206.00 early termination fees and sent my equipment back. Four days later I get a text from ATT that says my monthly credit is going away. When I chat with Customer service they tell me there is nothing they can do, my chat was transferred to a supervisor, and they said the same thing but wanted to let me know that if I turn DirectTv back on all would be good. I declined the offer and said I wanted to talk to someone ells. My chat was transferred to the Customer Loyalty department. All I wanted is my 25.00 monthly credit added back to my account as I was by ATT that this would not happen. The agent in that department said that this was ATT's mistake and that he would need to talk to his supervisor, 15min later he came back and said he would have to put a ticket in to get me one of two things 1. A one time credit for 400.00 to cover the cost of the BOGO credit or 2. Put the monthly credit for 25.00 back on my account, he would call me in 15-20 min on my phone to confirm. When he called back all he said is that this was ATT mistake and that I would get a call in 2 days with the outcome. 2 days later I do not hear from ATT and when I chatted again they said it was closed and nothing was going to change because I canceled my att account. read more

New to iPhones as a former smartphone android user for the past decade and a little more; ten months ago, I invested in a iPhone with AT&T as my service carrier. Overall, I have had a few learning bumps to ride over as I grew accustom to the switch from androids to iPhones, but anytime I had a question regarding accessibility or technical support questions; having the AT&T store location just a mile and a half from where I live and there flexible hours was very convent. Their experienced, knowledgeable, staff were always willing to help each time I walked in with a different type of matter at hand, and I think the longest time I've ever had to wait for a staff member to assist me on a busy day was ten minutes- not too bad for a cellular retail business store! So I returned to the store got comfortable waiting for the phone and I don't think it was even five minutes before the battery was in and ready to go. It sure as heck beat the long wait at an Apple Store! Wait. Did I mention Apple store? Well, I have an old phone and have no need of a new one but the Apple store charges more than twice the price and requires you to go through a lot of machinations before they will even work on it. Kyndal was super nice to engage with my wife and chat about music (and non-music) while I auditioned. Didn't buy that day, but did come back a couple weeks later and sprung for some sweet Sonus fabers. They were delivered to the store six days later, and Raymond brought them to my home the following day to personally unbox them and set them up. Big upgrade! Loving to listen to all kinds of music again. I am very pleased with both product and service and recommend The Stereo Shoppe to anyone looking for great music reproduction.

When she found out my fitting room didn't have a fan in there and that I was a little warm she brought me a small water bottle (I didn't ask for it--she just wanted to make sure I was comfortable.) I really appreciated how kind and helpful she was. It definitely made an impression. Their jeans and undergarment selection is great and their employees are also great. The technician ran a series of tests that revealed the battery wasn't in the greatest condition, but that there didn't appear to be anything draining it. He then told me I just need to drive more! Today, with a temperature of 11 degrees, the battery wouldn't even turn the engine over. It had only been one day since I took the battery in for tests. The technician was nice enough, but the old man in the office, perhaps the manager or owner, wouldn't stand behind the product. I will not go back to Sterling Battery and recommend you don't either.

My current chair that I have had for about two years is serviceable but lately, it's losing its gas. For those that don't know, most if not all task chairs have a gas lift so that they can be height adjustable. The gas in my chair is on 'E' for Extra. I will be on a video call and suddenly without notice drop 4 inches and there's a dramatic pause and another 2-inch drop. To say it's freaking annoying would be an understatement I started my search for a replacement chair at the other guys. You know, the store that is named after the metal brackets inside of a stapler. Their selection of chairs was limited and 4 x the price of that place that is named after a mechanical device that joins pages of paper It's just a sham and while the service is better, Office Depot is just not priced competitively. With all the options available, and with no seeming interest to adapt to the marketplace, Office Depot may find itself the way of Toy R Us and Radio Shack.
